would definitely shop with rubbersole again
Ordered on Monday and delivered on Friday. Couldn't get the Clarks shoes in Clarks and found them on Rubbersole. Will definitely shop with them again.

Disappointing
We ordered some crocs. They were faulty. I sent them back and requested a replacement. Then the wait began. It's been weeks. I assume they won't fit her now, if we ever get them.

As your order was placed on 13/05/13, it was shipped from our warehouse the next day, 14/05/13.
From shipment, Yodel has a maximum of 6 business days to deliver your parcel, but they usually manage to deliver before that time.
Your tracking information should update for you by this evening, two business days after being created. Prior to updating, Yodel's system will not recognise your tracking number.
I do apologise for any confusion caused. In the future, if you need your parcel more quickly, we do also offer paid delivery options.

Slow courier service
This was the only place I could find the shoes I wanted in my size so was pleased to discover. Dispatch of product was prompt but it appeared from tracking info that my shoes sat waiting for courier collection for quite some time. Pleased with shoes when they arrived.

nightmare
money went almost immediately from my card
shoes are shipped to the UK from France
customer service closed for two days due to a French bank holiday

I do apologise for the inconvenience caused as to your shopping experience with us.
We are indeed a company that is half-French/half-British and our call centre and our warehouse do observe French bank holidays as they are located in France. As our call centre was closed on the 8th and 9th May, unfortunately our staff were not able to answer your inquiries until May 10th, when the office was back open again. On the 10th May, our colleagues did reply to all of the support tickets that were present in the queue and the phone lines were open all day long for customer calls.
As for ordering, payment is taken when an order is confirmed. Normally you would have received an automated e-mail detailing your order information as an order confirmation.
If you have any further inquiries, I would recommend that you contact our customer service by phone or by e-mail if that is more convenient for you, and we would be more than happy to help!

Delivered as detailed but packaging poor
Whilst the shoes were delivered on time and the shoes are fine, the shoes were not both in the plastic bag only one was, e box had been left outside my front door under a plant pot but there was driving rain so the box was quite wet... Fortunately the shoes were okay but if we had not arrived home when we did at least one of them could have been ruined.

still have not received my shoes
Ordered my shoes more than 10days ago and I still havn't got them. Not happy at all.

Indeed, the Yodel delivery guarantees delivery within 6 business days from shipment.
As Wednesday the 1st May was a bank holiday here in France (our company is half-French/half-British), and Monday the 6th May was a bank holiday in the UK, the two warehouses' schedules have caused a slight "delay" due to fewer business days during this week and next.
Therefore unfortunately, your parcel, along with all our other parcels that were prepared for shipment to the UK between 30/04/13 and 03/05/2013 and were delivered latest 10/05/13. Tracking is showing that your parcel was delivered on the 9th May at 18.36 and signed for, so you should have it.
I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, and please don't hesitate to contact us again if we may be of further assistance.

Frustrated !!!!
My order did arrive in good order and quickly so first impressions were very good, however I had to return the goods as incorrect size and this is were the problems begin. I returned the goods on the same day but I am still waiting for a refund !! I am not getting any response on this matter by email , but no one is answering their phone no matter what time of day I try

Rubbish
think these people are awful still have not had my goods and sent message after message and no response. try and phone and they are shut. do not recommend them. would like to know where my parcel is !!

Europe Versus UK - proof if proof were needed
My husband has size 10.5 - 11 (broad) feet (that is inches to us older folk). Yes that is how things used to be. We trade with Europe and on every website I check on and every shoe store, size 11 is size 46 Europe( France is different of course). So I ordered his size - 11.
I was sent two pairs of size "44" Europe which is a UK size 9(1/2). I returned the first two pairs with a return reason and a clear note of the reason. I asked for two replacement pairs. I got two more pairs of EUROPE size 44.
Glory be to Europe. I shan't be asking for a replacement.

Just what I wanted - and right now!
Looking for a particular pair of Globe trainers, nowhere had them in my size, after a quick Google Rubbersole popped up with exactly what I wanted, cheaper too AND free postage and packing - a couple of days later they arrived - perfect!

Great products, poor courier service
Rubbersole are great; quick, efficient & good value. Yodel however are poor; the parcel arrived damaged, the box broken and although I accepted the package I was lucky that the shoes were not themselves damaged.

Almost perfect.
I think this company cares about providing excellent service. They kept me informed at every step until the order was with the courier, when they sent a link where I could track the order online. The courier could have gone the extra step and texted me a delivery day/slot, then the transaction would have been perfect. I am very happy with the shoes.

impressive personal service
i had a small problem with my order of fitflop boots which was resolved very quickly & courteously by Adriana at customer services with the least hassle to me. i was really impressed because internet shopping can be very impersonal & frustrating. my order arrived very quickly too. thank you Adriana! i would be more than happy to order from this company again.

fast and reliable - not only with orders but with regard to return of disappointing purchase.
I can throroughly recommend Rubbersole Co. I have bought from them on more than one occasioin but recently I had the occasion to query the disappointing condition of a pair of Ugg boots after I had worn them for TWO winters, without further ado I was asked to send a picture by e.mail which I did, I then received an e.mail message asking me to send the boots back, this message included a pre-paid label - I sent them back and within a week I received a replacement pair of Ugg boots totally free of charge - it restores your faith in human nature and confirms my beleif that it is always best to buy from companies that can be relied upon.

Can't be faulted...
Goods were reasonably priced and arrived within days of ordering. I was able to track the parcel and it was delivered on the day stated. Only slight disappointment was that the shoes had been reduced by a further £5 by the time I received them!

Item not as pictured
Purchased a a pair of Diesel mid boot trainers, picture shows leather and description also said leather... recvd item as planned but when the box opened to my shock and horror a canvas pair with white bumper... pic showed full black hmmm something a miss me thinks,... have to say service an communication is very good and I understand mistake happen and we are all human. I would suggest after contacting that the item is reviewed and updated ASAP as I may mot be the only customer who may have the same issue ps 50% return on the said item is not good business sense

Great prices, very slow delivery which although free should be quicker!
Best prices on the internet, however if you're going to offer free delivery please make it quicker. Delivery via Yodel was quoted as six days and took this long, remember although price is important (and you can pay extra for next day delivery) getting the goods to your customers as quickly as possible should be key, good returns experience Collect + was very easy and less hassle than the post office

My boots were made for walking!!
Well done Rubbersole, a speedy and reliable service. Even when I had a problem later with a faulty boot due to a manufacturing problem they were easily returned and replaced without any problems. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Good products slow delivery
I bought and paid for my goods on a Wednesday and received an email the following day saying they had been despatched. When I hadn't received the goods by the Monday, I checked the tracking service which showed that they had never been despatched so I sent an email chasing them up. I was informed that the tracking system was at fault and that they had been despatched and when the tracking system was working later that day I would be able to check. I did indeed check and the status was the same, on the Tuesday morning I checked again and lo and behold they had been collected by the courier at 18:00 on the Monday evening. I eventually received my goods on the Wednesday, a week after ordering, would I have received them had I not chased up? I guess we will never know!

I have taken a closer look into your customer account and I do see that you did opt for our free delivery with Yodel which as we state in our Terms and Conditions on our website, we allow a maximum of 6 working days to arrive from despatch. Your order was placed on the 17th April and shipped out on the 18th April. Parcel tracking is showing the parcel as having been delivered the 24th April, the 4th business day from despatch, so your parcel did arrive well on time.

quick and easy from purhase to delivery
i searched high and low for a pair of shoes which were comfortable, due to the complexity of my feet. As Uggs are known for their comfort value I thought I would give them a try, and was able to wear them all day without having to break them in! My shoes were delivered promptly in the six days as promised. They are comfotable and stylish and I would certainly buy another pair of Rubbersole when these need replacing.
