Never buy direct and trade in - untrustworthy trade in partner.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Do not ever buy any phones/tablets/laptops direct from Samsung and use their trade in - the company they use for trade in are extremely untrustworthy. (MTR).
Check out the Samsung web page own forum if you want honest reviews of how dreadful they are and the tricks they pull to not pay you. I wish I had done research before buying this time, but I trusted the process and Samsung - what a huge mistake.
Samsung - don't reply to this with your usual platitudes, I'm not interested.

The young man who served me listened to me and took into consideration my comments when advising me on a replacement for my phone. As a pensioner my finances are limited and I'm not too clever with technology. He is a credit to the company.

You had a promotion on where you buy a phone and you get cash back, since the purchase I've struggled to put the claim through and know one has been able to help, I inquired about cancelling the order but theirs a charge for that. I always used samsung phones but this time the service has been shocking, not sure the cash back can't be done automatically

Delivery was on time. The delivery men were efficient and did the job needed. TV was a cheaper one for my spare bedroom, but picture is still great (4K).
