When an occasion arises where I need to wear a suit I always wear one of of the countless shirts I’ve bought here. The shirts are amazing quality and the service is second to none. From ordering to being delivered is about three days so even if you leave it late for that occasion you’ll still have your shirt on time . I just ordered three more shirts and on checking the day after I realised one of the shirts was a slim fit which I didn’t check. I got straight in touch and told them of my error and ordered a replacement shirt. My rating of a 5, star review is firstly the quality of the product and secondly for the customer service and quick delivery.

Pyjamas purchased for my elderly friend who is now living in residential accommodation. He has always been a very well turned out gentleman even his pj's have to be smart. The pyjamas are extremely well made and have been perfect during the recent very hot weather. A bonus was finding them in the sale but at full price they are still well worth the money. I paid extra for next day delivery, the parcel arrived at 7.40am the next day, superb service and the packaging was first class . I will definitely be ordering from this company again .

Quality is the name of the game at Savile Row! I have ordered several Polo Shirts now and they are all exceptionally well made, a great fit and stylish. On one occasion I ordered a size too big, but the return process was simple and speedy, and a replacement was organised without fuss. Highly recommended.

The shirts are ridiculously oversized. They are not accurate at all with size expectations. I could’ve weighed 60 pounds more and the shirts would still be too large (that is not an exaggeration).

I have been using this Savile Row for well over a decade for shirts as well as other more expensive items, but the quality overall has declined greatly over the last couple of years, as has their customer service. Previously, they were very, very helpful. Now this has also declined.

Also, it should be noted that when you return the clothes, they charge an administration fee, and they also charge the full posted shipping and packing despite returning the items.
