This company is not worth the money. I never received my package and tried to resolve it with the company not realizing I had to deal with Seel directly. By the time I figured it out, it was too late. They refused to help because the 'window was closed'. I asked if they could lease reopen it since I paid for the service and didn't receive my goods. They refused. Seel insurance is inflexible and not worth the money.

I've ordered a refurbished 3D printer directly from the manufacturer, which was supposed to be in excellent condition, "as new". Unfortunately, i don't think they've checked the printer before sending it, as i received a non-working printer, which was also badly packaged (by the one who had it before, i assume). I guess i was inspired to pay the Seel protection fee. I've talked to the Seel's AI assistant and it suggested me to submit a refund request. I've submitted it friday evening, got the approval for refund saturday morning and the money entered my account on tuesday. Really happy with Seel! I'm gonna use it everytime from now on, as it can save a lot of headaches!

I wish I could give negative Stars... The worst customer service ever. Hides behind a total BS story that they can't help you. My son ordered something in error. And I immediately contacted Seel. To request they cancel the order and refund the money. Before the order was shipped. Literally 10 min after the order was placed. 5 days later they contacted me... Conveniently just after the order was shipped. A complete scam... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE..

Customer service is exceptional, live chat available and responsive when I needed a refund. Time frame of an hour was given and my refused was processed within the hour. Always a good idea to get Seel insurance which is low cost

When my item arrived damaged, it was easy to use the online service to report it, upload pictures & choose options on refund. I was informed straight away that an advisor had been assigned, who it was & that they were immediately reviewing the details I had provided. Within a few hours I was informed that I was successful for a refund & I was refunded via my preferred method. No quibble.
Such a quick, efficient & easy service. Well worth the few pound I paid for it.
