On top of all this, you get 5% back off all purchases and £1 when you review an item. Everything we have ordered from Sh! has arrived promptly, packaged discreetly and has been of very high quality. There are several own-brand products that we are now loyal to and won't consider any other make. Love this store!

Great advice and service from a woman-friendly, relaxed all female company

Put off buying from the dirty mac male oriented shops and websites and disillusioned by the big company that claims to be fem friendly but which knows nothing about their own products, we decided to give this sex-positive, female oriented shop a try.

We called the first time for some advice and were delighted by the open, frank, polite and very knowledgeable responses we got. This call left us with some descisions to make which we did over the following weekend before calling back. The woman that served us this time was just as good as the woman on Customer Services the week before and she made placing our order so easy and stress-free - more like buying bread from Tesco than sex toys and that was such a relief!!.

Our products arrived in perfect condition, descretely packed and with no sender identifying names on the wrapper. Shipping was faster than expected and the signed for Royal Mail service was not expected too - addred protection at no cost!

A recent discovery for me and one I can thoroughly recommend! The website is well laid out and informative, the product range is great and offers pretty much something for everyone, the 'My 1st' section was really useful and help demystify some lesser known... 'items'.

This is a fabulous placeto browse and buy fun toys. The web site is attractive and pretty easy to navigate though it's also easy to bounce around and find yourself in unknown territory - great for suprises that get you thinking in different ways. The guides on techniques also realy help out with some of the less familiar (newbie here!) toys. When you need more information the e-mail service provides an excellent enhancement to the service. The girls provide down to earth support and information on anything that might concern you or that you don't know about and really helps give you confidence in your purchase - excellent!

Packaging and delivery / postage are spot on and sh also offer a 5% cashback scheme on all purchases and an additional 10% discount on first newbie purchases - both things that they don't need to do given their good priceing.

I've been shopping at Shh! for twelwe or more years now, since the shop first opened, and since i moved out of London a few years ago, i've been using the online shop. I love the products, the customer service is helpful, friendly, and prompt; delivery for free if you don't mind five day wait (but you can go for next day delivery option as well) and last time when i wanted to buy an item i really liked and found out it was no longer stocked, they've ordered it just because i asked for it, that impressed me no end. I can really reccommend this shop.
