60 days since order… no sign of goods. Customer support have been contacted 13 times and of no help. Local postal service says they have completed the paperwork but that’s it. I’ve lodged a dispute with my credit card company

Don’t waste your money.
I purchased for my son, after 2 months the back stitching of one has come apart.
I contacted customer services to be told that as they were outside 30 days there was nothing they could do.
Buy the cheaper versions off Amazon!!

Disappointed as the small hexagons move out of place after a while. They did work well for a short time and then now there is no protection in some areas as so many bits have moved out of place and there's no way to put them back properly.

Ordered, never arrived! Says customs declaration failed! Paid for everything and no reply from the company!!

When I Googled 'kids shin pads UK' this company popped up, very slick looking website and various marketing statements about how great the shin defender is. I fell for it, nowhere did it show this product was coming from CHINA.
31 English pounds and 1 week later a red pair of shin defender arrived (photo on my order showed black).
In hindsight I could have ordered same from amazon for 7 pounds.
Nothing special about these and 100% not worth the money.

Shinguards recommended by a frind and I bought them straight away. I read reviews after that and didn't count for the best purchese experience.
But...I received the pack a few days ago without any issues (not very fast delivery as expected- around two weeks maybe a wee bit more)
My 6 year old son likes them. You don't need extra long socks. You need just a short ones and shinguards. Very comfy. I can highly recommend. Ordered from Inverness

I ordered 2 pairs of shin defenders but only received one pair. Have tried numerous ways to contact them but am ignored each time. Would not purchase again or recommend

I will never order from ShinDefender again. I bought shin pads, ankle protectors, and the kick trainer for my seven year old. He used the kick trainer twice and the cheap plastic parts on it broke. He didn't even kick it hard. I contacted ShinDefender and they refuse to do anything about it because I bought it more than 30 days ago. Nevermind that the item is obviously faulty. Obviously they don't even back their own product to last more than 30 days.
The shin pads and ankle guards are poorly made and uncomfortable.
Never again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

He loved his new shin pads! We don’t see him adjusting his pads all practice/games. He can just focus instead of messing with his gear. Totally worth it

Extremely poor quality and design. Neither the Small or Extra Small I ordered fitted my grandchildren. The under foot strapping is too deep and misshapen and not the design shown on the website. Completely useless and definitely overpriced! Do not buy.

The product delivered was not at all like the pictures. To return them (even though clearly a mid-advertised product) you have to pay postage back to China!
Terrible service and very substandard product especially at this price. Avoid!!!

These shin pads are so thin and totally not fit for purpose. My grandson ended up in hospital and had to have stitches after an opponents stud went straight through a football sock and shindefender pad. Needless to say they are now in the bin.

The shin guards took a while to get delivered, but overall it was worth the wait. I am happy with them, they are fresh, easy to wash, easy to put on. Really great experience with them so far.

Scam. The padding is so small it wouldn’t protect a quarter of a small child’s leg.

Do not order the ankle strap Shin pads. They look nothing like the photos on the website and do not fit around the ankle. It's a completely different product. Product is an absolute scam. So far refusing to provide refund for product not as described.

I should have listened to my gut not to order. Shipped directly from China.

All three of my boys love them. They are comfortable enough for the 4 year old and strong enough for the 11 year old who plays goalie! 100% worth it!!!

I bought these for a 4 year old. He's only had 2 practices so far, but these are great so far.

They use GoFo shipping which will take a google map pic of your house, and call it proof of delivery. They are under investigation for fraud. ShinDefender has no phone and use the same pic for proof of delivery. They eliminate all negative comments on Facebook. Scam
