The way online shopping should be!

I have purchased items several times (from JL Audio) through the Shopatron site and I am always extremely satisfied with the site, the service, the dealer network and the products supplied. The transaction is smooth and communication is great, keeping you up to speed every step of the way with your order. This is how internet shopping should be - simple, fast, efficient AND showing care for the customer! I'd definitely recommend using these guys!

Easy shopping experience

I shopped using Shopatron at Hestra's website to buy a pair of ski gloves. The website was laid out well, all the information needed to buy was listed on one page with good pictures and description of the items. Once I chose a set of gloves, the checkout was super easy. I've shopped on other sites that require tons of random information in no particular order, but this was well thought out and had a good flow.

Smooth transaction w/ Shopatron

I ordered my Mizuno Wave Rider shoes and they arrived within 3 days. It was a very simple process of ordering and receiving my shoes. Very smooth.

Bad Experience w/Shopatron

Have never purchased via Shopatron and wouldn't. Someone fraudently used my credit card via Shopatron. The credit card company AND police have been involved. After contacting Shopatron of the fraudulent use, it's been long periods between email responses - little or no action on their part - conflicting instructions etc. Very frustrating. You'd think they'd want to be more helpful but they don't seem to care at all.
