Does what it says on the tin
Been using shopto for a long time now and have never had any problems with them. They are very fast at dispatching and items get to me very quickly. I use them for all my gaming needs.

Very fast free delivery and good price

Perfect service!
I ordered the 3DS console and it was despatched only hours later. Not only was this speedy service but I was sent e-mails and texts as to the progress of the order. First of all the day for delivery (and options to change the date if this was not convenient), then the time of the expected delivery (and again the option to change the time of delivery) to save me from staying in the entire day to receive the delivery.
I've ordered many items from Shopto.net and they are always despatched and delivered promptly (1st class for free!). The products are always cheaper than the mainstream sites such as Game or Amazon. I will be ordering from Shopto for all my gaming needs.

Once the best game buying website full stop. But Now average to OK
Let me say before starting this review. Shop-to.net are still one of the best websites for buying your video games from. They are very hard to beat but.....
I have been using shop-to.net for over 4-5 years now and have a great knowledge understanding on how they work. Over the years with the growing population the service has suffered in my option.
For example.
I used to pre-order games a lot from the site. Never would a game be processing over night. it would always be dispatched the same day as processing. To this day I don't understand why games are being process overnight as no one is in the offices or warehouse!
Since the website was updated (Sorry i cant remember when the update happen). It is really difficult to use and i find really confusing. It never seems to load very well, even waiting over a minute sometimes for it to load a page of 20 games.
The forums were taking away and have never been replaced. I used found them extremely helpful. Even little matters I had, I could always ask the forum for help. The forum moderators were fantastic. But now Gone.
I could go on but will stop here.
If you are new to shop-to.net it is one of the best game buying websites around and are hard to beat. For me as a long time user I feel the standers have slipped.

We generally dispatch new releases (pre ordered items) 2-3 working days before release to allow enough time for the order to be delivered by the postal service. Our packing machine is fully automated and runs 24 hours a day, allowing us to process orders throughout the night, ready for dispatch first thing in the morning. If your order is an in stock item though this will be dispatched the same day if ordered before our cut of times stated on the website.
On our site being re-designed last year we added many new features for the benefit of the customer but some features such as the forum did not make the cut at the time. If you're ever having any trouble on the site or just have query we have many ways to contact us such as - Phone, Live chat, Contact centre, Twitter and Facebook. We understand the importance of customers being able to contact us and possibly the forum may come back at some point in the future :)

Perfect Service, Perfect Price
My recent order for Luigi's Mansion 2 was the first at my new address, I had updated my car details and assumed the game would be delivered here. I received my dispatch email within minutes and I noticed on the supplied photo that the parcel was going to my previous address. I contacted them immediately and I had the money refunded to my Shopto account within the hour. I replaced the order with the amended details and after all that happened I still had the game the next day. Free shipping? Cheapest prices online (made cheaper with a generous reward system? The only question I have is, how do they do it? Just excellent.

Cheap AND Great Service
I would recommend shopto to anyone. Always found them to be super efficient, right from order to delivery. Their tracking of parcels is second to none, with full email alerts right up to the hour your parcel will be delivered.
Their stock levels are fantastic. I've been able to buy items out of stock everywhere else, but they always seem to have what I want in stock.
Prices. Always cheaper that the high street.
The headphones I bought recently were £70 cheaper than a high street retailer !

Bought a headset giotex which does the pc, xbox and ps3 which is brilliant for me also the price was fantastic every where else I looked the price was double for the same head set also ordered on the sunday evening and they arrived Tuesday am and the delivery was free and they also sent a text and an email telling me aproxamatley what time the item was being delivered which is great, Thank you shopto for a very easy and pleasant transaction and good service

Easily The Best Online Game Retailer
I've ordered over 50 items from Shopto over the last 2 years and everytime I've been very pleased with their service. Everytime I've ordered a game it has always arrived the next day, I really don't know how they do it.
Thier prices are rock bottom compaired to other game retailers, that's why I always buy games from them, the free next day delivery is a very nice bonus too, if only other companies were as dedicated to customer service.
Thier loyalty system is fantastic too, I get money back on pretty much every purchase and since I use them alot I always have quite a sum of extra points at the end of the year to spend on whatever I like.
I would highly reccomend Shopto over every single retailer in the UK, You won't go wrong with them, they're a fantastic company, easily a 10/10 from me.

Quick customer service great prices!!!
I've used shopto a couple of times now, their prices are below every other game supplier out there!
Customer support was quick when needed and was helpful when I was sure I was being simple.
Only thing to note is your first two orders have to go to your card address. Not a big issue, as it is for your security but it caught me out the first time.
Overall great supplier!

Couldn't believe it
I had placed my first order with shopto so was sceptical as I had never shopped with them before.
I then ordered another game as it was at a massively reduced price.

I shop alot online, probably more than the average person. And out of the companies that i use and trust ShopTo is honestly one of the best (definately up there with Amazon),
There stock is large, their prices very competative, their dispatch quick (and they email you a photo of it ready to ship usually with 30 mins) and thier customer service excellent. I've used them for years and have never had an issue. A+

Faultless perfection!
Happy to extol the virtues of this company. Cant often say that but in this case there was nothing that could have been improved on. (Except maybe my item being in the sale and loads cheaper than the competition)! But that is a big ask! Ordered one day delivered the next with reassuring emails and tracking to boot. I even called and spoke to a real person in real time that reassured me despite the delivery date saying delivery expected a day later that it would be there on time - and it was. Loads of information provided before and after delivery so buy with confidence.

Simply put... AMAZING!
