Quick Service and Good Follow-Up
I chose Simply Piste based on price, so it was a little bit of a leap of faith with the service and delivery. I needn't have worried, however, as both were excellent. No fuss dispatch and quick delivery despite me leaving it late for Christmas. Would happily recommend based on this experience.

Great Helly Hansen ski trousers - cheap and quick!
The ski trousers were half the price I saw on any other web sites and arrived in a couple of days. Perfect!!

no taking the piste
the boots that i ordered where exactly as the picture. They arrived on time (in 2 days) and they are for a Christmas present . Have no complaints and would recommend for all ski wear etc.

Great service, great price
Bought a pair of Molo Kids Sejer wellies for my 5 year old (along with some other bits) which turned out to be too big so I had to return them. The returns process was effortless and the new pair arrived 3 days later. The whole purchase-return-resend was very smooth and they provided me with all of the info that I needed.
The pricing seems to be very competitive to other internet retailers and I will definitely be using the site(s) again.

Really pretty damn good!!!
I was well impressed with the service I received from simply piste as the website was really easy to navigate, the checkout process ws quick and the standard delivery arrived earlier than it was estimated. The product I received was also the correct one so there was no queries needed unlike many other online shopping services I have used.

From 'phone to door, excellent service and product.
My son is tall and broad shouldered. Shopping locally brought no joy for a good fit - plus everyone would know where you bought it from and how much it cost, a potential difficulty for a 12 year old. I hadn't heard of this site or the make of jacket so 'phoned for some advice. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and I was persuaded to purchase. It arrived on the third working day and was everything I hoped for and fitted very well. It does what I want it to do - weather proof and warm - and what he wants - it's 'cool' . If there is a downside it is that the reduction offered isn't as low on his size due to VAT otherwise very happy all round.

Excellent customer service
A superior online shopping experience. Ordered a pair of goggles at 10.25am, dispatched at 11.14am. Received the next morning. Did not like the lens tint. Painless returns process, massive bonus of being able to use Collect+ (£3.99 and drop off at my convenience!) Returned on 27 Oct, refund approved and credited on 30th Oct. Online shopping does not get much better than this.

Speedy service with great product
Bought great new ski helmet. Could have bought it from many shops but Simply had a keen price and also excellent videos to show off the product features. Delivery was fast & they said exactly when they would arrive within 2 hours. Highly recommended.

Good quality gear but postage was not as I has paid for
Excellent gear, easy to order and well packed but I ordered on Thur, I paid £7 for next working day delivery but it was delivered on the Monday, not Fri. My money wasted, wanted it for the weekend.

Great site, very fast,efficient delivery service
This was my first time using Simplypiste.com and the whole experience was a joy, great products at competitive prices, thought the video clips of products is a great touch and provides a good insight to the product when purchasing online. Delivery was flawless perhaps a little pricey but was kept up to date with where and when my purchase was vein delivered.
Would definitely use Simplypiste.com again.

Good product at a great sale price, shipped quickly
Loved that there was a 360 view of the hat (though I guess pictures of people wearing items would help even more). Buying was simple, and shipping was quick. Good service.

Simply Amazing service!
Not only were the North face items ordered for my son cheaper than other online stores, they arrived promptly by courier and I was given a timed delivery slot that I could change if needed! Great value, would recommend!
I've ordered from Simply Piste a couple of times now and (1) they always have good quality products in store, (2) they offer good value for money and (3) ordering and delivery is a breeze. Highly recommended! I think we might have had some problems using the filters on the site during the most recent sale (hence the 4 stars) which was showing up 'out of stock' items but we got through that experience relatively unscathed. Pretty good deals on skiwear and accessories - delivered in no time at all. A little disappointed having to pay for postage and packaging but it's understandable as packaging secure.

Stylish yet practical
Not yet gone out to test these boots in action but they are comfortable and yet stylish. I am normally a size 4 1/2 but got the size 5 as they do not do half sizes and they fit well.

poor delivery - sent to wrong address
Delivery - very poor clearly stated on order form our full name,
address and post code. Had to collect my order from the incorrect
address where the parcel was delivered. Paid for postal did not get the service.

Best price, rapid delivery.
After much searching SimplyPiste had the ski jacket I wanted for less than half the price of everywhere else I looked. They also had a great video review which made it far easier to understand the feature list and feel at ease parting with my money. I hope to see more of these.
Upon ordering it arrived in a day or so and as described - the size chart being accurate.
This shop is now in my preferred suppliers list.
