NOT NEXT DAY - IT TOOK 31 DAYS IN TOTAL - SHOCKING

I ordered 3 items on 15 Jan 2011. All showed as IN STOCK.

Each came separately and I've just received 16 Feb 2011 my final item.

I will not be using them again.

Suggestions: Don't claim to deliver next day when there clearly is no chance of this occurring.

Consistently good service

I've been using them for a few years. The products are great and very reasonably priced (I find their price comparison to be fair for the limited range of products I'm interested in).
I could stand to get less catalogues from them - I know what I want, and buy it when I need it - but fair enough they are just trying to boost their sales.

Fantastic service and value

Have used Simply Supplements for 4 years and never had a problem. When I contacted customer service, they always gave me a prompt reply. The products are fantastic value for money. The whole buy one get one free is very misleading, as your not really getting another one free and the price already reflects that. However good value for money overall and would use again.

Don't even think about using them!

Absolutely hopeless! Order did not arrive after 7 days so politely advised them. They quoted their Terms and Conditions which basically state that non-delivery is the customer's problem, made we wait 20 working days, then wanted me to fill in a form, after which they would condecend to send the order again. They give internet shopping a bad name. They are the most unhelpful company I have ever come across. Unfortunately, there isn't a zero star rating option.

Excellent value!

Good variety and cheaper prices! you can also find vitamins and supplements that you wouldn't find in more popular places! Delivery is Ok, and you get freebies here and there for buying more which is easy to do as they have loads!

Great Service

I ordered some Glucosamine and Cod Liver oill last week and they arrived today. Great service as I have ordered thses from some other company and they took over 2 weeks to arrive! I will be ordering from these guys again for sure.

Late delivery, i mean REALLY LATE

Ordered items, they arrived 2 months later!

Crap customer services, will NEVER EVER USE AGAIN and I advise you not to use them either.

Website states, orders made before 12:30 will be dispatched same day, absolute rubbish!!!!

Easy to order and quick delivery

I have been ordering from Simply Supplements for about 5 months and never experienced a problem with them. All my vitamions are buy one get one free and the cheapest I have found anywhere. Delivery is normally within a week and I am kept informed of any special offers and competitions they may be running.

The best vitamins supplier I have found

I recently became a Grandma and as age is creeping up on me I started to feel a little "rusty" I researched vitamins and supplements to help with the joint pain I was experiencing and everywhere seemed to point to glucosamine. I tried various high street shops and was impressed with the results - my joints were a lot better. The downside was the cost, the high street shops prices are extortionate compared to online so I decided to try a few of these ...
...Simply Supplements; they are the cheapest supplier I found, they are buy one get one free and I don't have any postage to pay. The delivery is quick, packaging excellent and customer services outstanding. It is a pleasure dealing with them and nothing seems too much trouble. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone who needs vitamins or supplements of any kind (all products are buy one get one free and free postage)

Without a doubt this is the best experience I’ve had!

I am very happy with my order and the customer service from Simply Supplements. I have had some bad experiences with other companies when ordering online but ordering with this company has been like a dream. I placed my order on the Tuesday and received it on the Friday. The packaging is lovely and the price really was the best I’ve found by far so I will be using Simply Supplements from now on as I am so pleased with everything! If you are like me and take supplements every day then you know how important it is to know you are getting a good price and yet good quality and I can certainly vouch for that with Simply Supplements. Without a doubt this is the best experience I’ve had!

Glad doing business with Simply Supplements

I have been using Simply Supplements now for over two years and I can safely say that their service has always been consistently good and I really love their products too. The best thing of all is that they always have the lowest prices and some of my supplements have really gone down in price even more over the last couple of years which is really helpful. I wouldn’t be without their products as I can tell such a difference when taking them especially glucosamine and I also take their hair care plus which has really made a difference to my thinning hair. So all in all I am very happy with Simply Supplements and I am and always will be a very loyal customer of theirs, very highly recommended.

Crap Service

I paid for goods and only got half my order after 10 days. A further 8 days and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. Called customer service 3 days ago and was told items could arrive anytime. No notice was given at time of order that items were out of stock. Still not sure if I have been ripped off.
