He went above and beyond my expectations, cleaning plate rails and all cupboards inside and out. He cleaned and vacuumed all floors in the house. AND, best of all, he did a great job of cleaning my oven!!

Worthless leads - spent hundreds with zero upside
Very disappointed, we contacted north of 20 leads and spent over £500. Of those, the vast majority had already filled their request weeks earlier, and had no idea what Bark even was. Only 2 leads were actively still looking for business.
While Bark do let you refund, the allowable reasons are extremely specific, and don't cover any of the situations in which you would want to use them.
Avoid.

Credit return process relies on unverifiable claims — one proven incorrect
Used Bark for lead generation for over a year. Recent experience with the credit return process has been disappointing. A dispute over a specific lead was closed based on a claimed customer verification call, with a date that Bark's own system records prove was impossible — the lead hadn't even been released to us yet on that date. After this was raised with evidence, we were told the date was an error, and a revised date was given that couldn't be independently verified in any way, as Bark confirmed no call records or transcripts exist. Other disputes have followed a similar pattern: decisions based on internal claims with no supporting documentation, while professionals are required to submit detailed evidence for every claim they raise. Bark's leads and pricing can be reasonable, but be prepared to keep detailed records if you ever need to dispute a lead — the process does not appear to hold internal claims to the same standard it holds yours.
