Superfast and efficient
Booked my ticket with Skytour. Web form is well designed with large font easy on the eyes. Received the itinery with airline reference number almost immediately. The eticket was received in my email within 5 mins. Very impress. Prices is near to the lowest
but very reliable. Highly recommended.

Sky Tours charged me an extra $900 for a trip I never purchased and won't answer calls or emails!
I purchased a trip through Sky Tours from Madrid to LAX. When I received an email containing my receipt, I saw that they had added on a second trip (from New York to Copenhagen). I immediately filed a claim via their website. I tried calling the phone number listed, but there was no answer. There NEVER is an answer at the number! The next day, I received a new ticket that displayed only the Madrid to LAX trip. So, I thought that the matter had been resolved. It wasn't until I actually went on my trip that security in Madrid confronted me about the second trip to Copenhagen. They told me that it was still showing up on my account. I thought it had been resolved through Sky Tours, which it obviously was not. I am now in touch with my bank, and they are in the process of getting the issue fixed. Throughout this ordeal, I have not been able to get in touch with Sky Tours at all. Also, they snuck in that extra charge very stealthily because it did not appear until I had already provided my credit card number, made the purchased, and had been emailed the receipt. In addition, I was only given a grand total charge. The itinerary, in no way, broke down the trips according to the two separate charges. This way it would be less readily apparent than I had been charged extra. I hate Sky Tours and will NEVER EVER use them again. No one should either!! We are talking about an additional $900 charge, and I cannot get in touch with any representative from this vendor!!!! YOU BETTER CONTACT ME BACK!

Wow! So cheap and easy to use

I need my flight times changed please
I booked a flight Manila to Iloilo return I accidentally hit the wrong times I need to fly in and out for connecting times please this is what I need
Depart Manila at I think it's around 16:10 on the 24/5
And back from Iloilo I need to leave at I think it's 10:20 or 11:20 to make my flight back to Australia can u please help me through this error please :-(((((

Preisänderungen sehr klar kenntlich gemacht, fair!
Der zunächst angegebene Flug war leider nicht mehr verfügbar - ärgerlich. Aber es wurde sofort eine gute Alternative angeboten, die deutlich als solche gekennzeichet war. Bei opodo hingegen wurde einfach der Preis um satte 200 Euro raufgesetzt ohne ein Wort.

Möglichkeit zur Sitzplatzreservation????
Ich habe einen Hinweis auf die Möglichkeit einer Sitzplatzersevation im Flugzeug vermisst. Auch im Nachhinein gibt es keine Informationen. Der Support ist auch nutzlos. Auf Anfrage erhält man einen Link zur Fluggesellschaft, die einem auch nicht weiterhilft.
Das ist für uns als Familie schlecht. Wir möchten schliesslich zusammen sitzen. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Unterstützung gewünscht.

Sie haben vollkommen recht, aber leider gibt uns die Fluggesellwchaft nicht diese Moeglichkeit. Wir koennen zwar Plaetze anfragen, die Fluggesellschaft aber bestaetigt dann diese. (Je niedriger der Flugpreis desto restriktiver die Sitzplatzvergabe0. Wenn Sie eine Sitzplatzanfrage ueber uns ausgewaehlt haben, senden wir manuell eine Mitteilung an die Fluggesellschaft fuer Sie Plaetze zu reservieren. Es bleibt aber immer noch das Recht der Fluggesellschaften diese dann beliebig zu verteilen.
Wir haben Ihnen deswegen ein Link zur Fluggesellschaft gesandt damit sie mit denen direkt Kontakt aufnehmen koennen.
Technisch waeren wir bereit alles das anzubieten was Sie wuenschen. Leider fehlt es am Willen der Fluggesellschaft uns dies zu ermoeglichen.

Great Prices
The site was recommended by a friend and I was very happy with the ease of use.
It took the hassle out of finding the best and lowest fares to and from my destinations.
Before this I was very confused. This site actually gave me good details of each flight and the actual arrival times which were confusing me because of crossing the date line.

Your ticket is issued, and we have confirmed both your reservation and the issuance by email. If you have a spam filter, I suggest you look in your spam folder.
Another option is to go to our web site, enter your booking reference and your last name and that way retrieve both your itinerary and your e-ticket.

habe hier den besten deal gefunden. Es war aber nicht gut erkennbar das die sitzplatzresevierung und essenwahl und so weiter was kostet. Da sich der Preis nur bei der Reiserücktrittversicherung geändert hat und nicht bei den anderen angeklickten. Habe erst als es zu spät war gesehn das ich jetzt 7 Euro umsonst rausgeschmissen habe. Ansonsten kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen

Sehr gute Abwicklung, etwas irreführende Bezahlmodalitäten (AMEX)
Die Abwicklung sowie die systemische Umsetzung waren sehr gut und einfach. Einzig die Bezahlmodalitäten sind irreführend: VISA und MASTERCARD als einizige Kreditkarten angegeben, Zahlung mit AMEX war jedoch ebenso möglich.
Ansonsten top und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Diabolical support centre as there is non! PLEASE HELP IF MY OPINION COUNTS!
I had a query about meals on the flight after booking the ticket and have had no response other than you have used up all your enquiries.
Given that this is the only enquiry I have made I was surprised.
I am being blocked in contacting the support centre again as I have not been issued with an ID to do so.
I am dreading going for the flight with myself and 14 year old daughter I only hope the tickets are real!!
Very worried purchaser......

Very slow service not sure if they are authentic
Booked a ticket over 5 hours ago and still have not received the confirmation or the e-ticket. There also seems to be no details of the airline carrier.

what do you think its better ? when you have to wait for long time on the phone and than speak to a call center person who has to connect you. WE have decided some years ago to have a perfect multilanguage customer support instead of a call center. We have skilled expert travel agents employed who answer around the clock 7 days.
You can at any time log in to your booking and see the status of your booking and your e-ticket. (just enter your booking reference and your last name on our main page).
After 40+ years in the business I guess we are authentic.
I am sorry you feel different but we think we give a better service that way.

It was a good service but you might need to wait for your ticket for a while.
They did a good service but at the beginning it was confusing because they told me that I'm in a queue for my ticket and I needed to wait for a day for conformatioon. Othervise it was ok.

Habe heute den günstigsten Flug von FRA nach TPA gesucht und bei SkyTours gefunden. Das "Abfrageformular" klar und deutlich, schnell ausgefüllt. Superschnelle Antwort per e-mail mit Flugbestätigung. Alles sehr gut. Wenn jetzt der weitere Verlauf bei der Abfertigung und bei dem Flug auch so positiv sein wird, werde ich Stammkunde.

Sehr zufrieden mit SkyTours
Trotz anfänglicher Zweifel da skytours mir noch nicht bekannt war, sehr zufrieden.
Die Buchungsbestätung dauerte etwas länger und ich bekam eine Nachricht das meine Flugdaten geändert worden(vielleicht wegen dem Wochenende und weil es sicher sehr viele Buchungen gab nach London wegen dem Champions-League finale). Heute am Montag alles direkt mit sehr freundlichen Kundenservice problemlos geklärt bekommen und den Flug auch zu gebuchten Zeiten bestätigt. Allem in allem kann ich skytours nur weiterempfehlen. MfG

Cheap Price, However, .... A Huge Problem is going on
This was what I wrote couple of days ago:
According to Skytours records, my first and last name are correct, but according to US Airways records, my last name is duplicated and the first name is omitted. Please, I would appreciate any help with this.
Regardless of this, things went fine and the price is quite cheap compared to other travel agencies!
Now, things changed:
I checked with my bank. They informed me that Skytours had somehow booked the amount of the ticket twice. Once as a the original booking and the second one is being on stand by. Now I can't use my credit card once again. What is going on ? I need an urgent reponse from your side as my flight is on the 21st of May to the US !!!!!!

Upon checking our record we have charged you only once. Please send us a copy of your card statement so we can double check it with your bank or contact your bank directly as it seems they have not released the hold - which is done automatically by their system once charged.
