Slimware Utilities 

For years I have found Slimware tech support to be the best in their field. I have always taken time to give them great reviews in their follow up surveys. However, today I had a very difficult session with one of their tech people. But this time I did not get a follow-up survey. That system obviously doesn’t work

Their products were downloaded unsolicited onto my PC thru marketing partner zip26. They hacked into my OS to retrieve packages and compromised entire system. They failed to address the issue other than Uninstaller instructions. Dozens of registry keys and unpatched gaps and total downgraded system with thousands of bytes of residual product.The server router and entire system compromised by careless cyber criminals who left their joking remarks along with entire build code to decieve securities and gain entrance to the system. Their records precede the company's malpractice but somehow stay in business.
Update: Almost a month now since the hack. Intent and actions confirmed by the many hours of log traces,error reports and not so personal admission of Microsoft aide and abed. Couple of their execs involved. Results Hooking Persistence, Process Injection, Privaledge Escalation, Software Packing, Defense Evasion, Hooking Credential Access, and Query Registry Discovery ×2. They have spent over a week trying to rebuild Operating System on PC with alot of gifts. Mainly trackers, loggers, and stuff I've never heard of. Big tech. I will be reading Trust Pilot before purchasing next PC. P.S. They acknowledged I just happened to have similar System that was supposed to retrieve products.

I use Slimware Utilities app and my computer is scanned every evening ensuring that no problems have occurred. I totally recommend Trustpilot to anyone that may be concerned for their computer should there be any operating or software problems occurring.

Previously I have used the online remote service for complicated issues I can't fix myself, the technicians are really easy to understand and I guarantee that by the end of the repair session your PC will be sorted and operating well and a full report will be waiting for you provided by the technician who fixed your PC, by the way most times you don't have to even be sitting at your PC during the remote connection, how good is that?

Yesterday I had the option to update the Drivers in my HP Laptop 1 by 1 for free & then I spent 2 Hours on the Chat Page with Microsoft because they highly believe halfway through the Drivers that Driver Update further broke down my Crappy HP Laptop after fixing the Windows 10 Laptop (2 hours of work for the poor technician he told me to not use Driver Update until this morning so I did just what he said. Now Driver Update won't let me update the Drivers 1 by 1 for Free like last night. Just a few Drivers left to update this morning however, the: program is Forcing me to purchase it! Why it changed overnight I have no idea? Update negative 2 Stars! I chatted with a support agent from Slimware just now. He said we don't offer free trials right now, sorry. I explained to him that it's not a free trial they tell you online how to either purchase the software or update & restart the computer each time one driver at a time. Or make the purchase & with the touch of one button Update Every All at Once. He tells me I must have the wrong company's software. Yes, the wrong company just happens to have a direct link to your Chat Shack!
