Excellent service.
Great service but size of shinpads were not clearly given, so they were too small and we've had to send them back and ask for a bigger size .

Easy to use and fast deliver will use them again
I had a bit of a nightmare my nephew wanted a football shirt for his birthday andd I only had a few days in which to organise it. I googled several companies and soccerbox stood out. I ordered the top and had an email and a text to confirm it had been dispatched and was then able to trace the location of my parcel. I had another text the morning of delivery to confim the hour slot it was going to be delivered. It came that day within the delivery time. Will use them again for sure

pleased with purchase but disappointed with postage cost...
My Son loved his Fiorentina Football Strip but I paid £6.50 for courier delivery on the Thursday an didn't recieve package until Monday via my postman this is not special delivery so shouldn't have bern charged this price... Apart from this I would purchase from you again!

Easy to understand website, everything in one place
Great to have things on one place without any fuss. Easy to order and prompt delivery. Appreciated the way I could track my delivery and be given a time slot of an hour so that I wasn't pinned down all day - like some other companies do.

Perfect Present
Ordered my godson a junior scotland and real madrid kit. After searching shops unable to find it soccer box came to the rescue! Ordered it two days before his birthday and he recieved it on the morning of his birthday! Great service will be using it again for all soccer/football purchases!

Fantastic service

Great Prices, Great Service, Great Selection
I have ordered from several other soccer websites, but Soccerbox is probably the best I've dealt with. I have ordered several times and I have not had any problems with the orders (this is good because I don't really want to ship back from Canada). Love the fact that I am not charged the VAT (which most other European sites charge even though it is being exported), that I would have to submit a request to get reimbursed. Selection is very good. Shirt printing is always spot on.

Everything went well with my order, I was able to track it and it arrived safely. 4 stars and not 5 is only for the fact that my order traveled over a week after it was shipped. I understand that's not the Soccerbox responsibility, and Croatia is somewhere... there... but still...

Recieved a phone call the day after the order was placed, very apologetic that the socks I ordered were not in stock in the size ordered, but as he knew his products he was able to advise the next size down would not be much different.
