Poor customer service and quality for money
If only I had read reviews prior to purchase I may not have been writing this and wasting so much time.
Delivery on time so well do for that at 9.00pm in the evening.
Covers creased and needed lots of adjustments to make fit or look anything other than just plain shabby.
Faulty cover reported to Sofa Sofa. Must have been stiched out of line. Agreed with Sofasofa that the return of said cover and delivery of replacement. Packed up ready for return by courier. Day off work waiting for courier. Courier collected and delivered new packet but would not wait whilst it was checked. Not only was there a new cover but also cushion covers as well. This HAD NOT BEEN AGREED WITH Sofasofa. Tel message on answerphone from Sofa sofa, quite rude asking for me to return cushion covers. Email sent asking for packaging/postage. Packaging sent no return address or postage free labels. Still unresolved situation. I'm not prepared to pay postage or loose a days work because they cant get it right.
I totally regret using this company. Quality of good is only just acceptable and I guess reflects the price you pay. Workmanship very poor. So you get what you pay for. Customer service is at its best very poor and disappointing.
Well done Sofasofa yet another disgruntled customer.
Please do not ask for a recommendation because refusal is likely to offend.

Poor quality for the money
We live in London and were highly impressed by the brochures sent to us by Sofasofa especially for their leather collection - Thomas LLoyd, and so we decided to make a trip all the way to Wales to visit their showroom. It was not worth it.
The quality of the leather sofas was very poor. The cushions simply do not fit together always creating a space in between two cushions so aesthetically the sofas look poor before one even sits on them. Sitting on one side of a three seater sofa makes one slide into the very corner of the sofa being pressed against the wall of the sofa, it also raises the other side of the cushion making it very difficult for anyone to sit in the middle since the gap between 2 seat cushions get created.
With the fabric sofas the filling was either too soft and so one feels like falling down into the sofa or too hard.
The positive things were that the quality of fabrics used for the sofas was decent and there was a wide range of designs, but the poor quality of the workmanship made these sofas unattractive.

Very efficient service

Great value product and Tremendous Service
Everything went well. Sofa is really comfy and great value for money.
Service was superb with the delivery coming on time and the guys being really helpful getting it brought in and unpacked.

What a wonderful company - friendly service and fantastic quality.

Delivery was fast and the delivery lads were friendly and polite.

"My 5th sofa from this company"
This is the fifth time i have purchaced furniture from sofasofa and they just keep getting better, .. How do they do it.. such amazing quality and such good value.. The delivery men were fantastic , they couldnt do enough for me.. would recomend sofasofa to all my friends.. and best of all they are made here in the UK...

Shocking customer service
Delivery drivers great guys - friendly and on time - shame the after sales experience was a let down.
Head office staff - rude, unhelpful. Was not aware we had to write in to get a refund so they sat on our money for 3 weeks. Why was this not made more clear?
I called in - the person who answered the phone asked me what sofa Id ordered? Well it was in our house for 2 mins and was ordered 2 months ago so all I knew was it was a sofa bed. I asked her if she could track my order by postcode or similar - she said there were 6 companies and Id need to tell her which one I had ordered from ? How ridiculous is this!? I logged into the website and there was no order history so that didnt help either. Eventually I was put through to accounts who gave me the email address to send my refund request to - surely the the other person could have told me this or was she just trying her best to be awkward?
Will never use again.

SofaSofa offer a 21 day money back guarantee on all our furniture. All we ask is that we are informed in writing ( email fax or letter) by the customer if they wish to cancel or exchange their goods. Refunds are processed immediately and paid within the legal guideline of 30 days (Distance Selling Regulations).It is always helpful when tracing an order for the customer to know what goods they have ordered. This customer received a full refund for their sofabed.

Excellent service from start to finish
I was recommended SofaSofa from a friend who has bought from them for years. I was apprehensive buying something so important without trying it out first but my friend assured me I could always send it back if I didn't like it. i needn't have been worried as the sofas- two 3 seater sofas from the Hartford range - were delivered in about 3 weeks and are sooo comfortable.

Great service
I really liked my experience and have ordered a lot of sofas in my time. A friend recommended the company as she had ordered all her sofas from them.
I have had sofas from all the leading big chains and I feel they are overpriced even with the discounts. Sofa sofa is really cheap but the settes don't look it. Plus we always have issues with deliveries however they delivered our sofa when we weren't at work at 9pm. This means noone had to sit aound waiting for them and having a day off work.
I love the settee and the quality seems great.
