Easy download, but later problems quickly resolved.
Everyone knows these guys offer a great saving and service on software, but a recent update on my sons PC invalidated the downloaded software 11 months after purchase. I was gutted as my expectations to resolve were low, given its was nearly a year after buying and downloading, and they've had the money, and I've got what I paid for.
I was incredibly surprised to find the team could not do enough to help me, following up on progress and in one instance contacting Microsoft directly as I was getting passed from pillar to post. The software was re-instated and is now working perfectly.This was a Microsoft issue, however the guys at software4students helped me unconditionally. Can't recommend you enough. Thank you.

Brilliant Service & Facility
What a fantastic scheme. Other than talking quite a while to download the software purchased I have had no problems. This has allowed me as a student to have an amazing facility which I could not have afforded otherwise. Keep up the brilliant work!

Brilliant way to buy software for our school kids
When I discovered Software4students I wondered why I didn't know about it before! I found the site very easy to use and the downloads went very smoothly. I had one technical hitch due to an error on my part (not removing old programme properly) and the staff were incredibly helpful and patient. It was sorted out and now I have a very happy daughter who has software to match that of her school, making her homework much easier to deal with. I have told lots of friends about this website and they are as amazed as I am about what a great deal it is. Delighted customer and will be buying again in the future.

Outstanding service
I am hugely impressed with the service I received recently from S4S. The problem I had with my order (entirely my own fault) was resolved immediately by Sally. I'm very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending S4S to everyone with a student in the family.

Any problems you might think you have with the software, they are there to help you. I would recommend this service for any family with children at school. This will be a great help for my daughter at school.

The software is great, the service is great and the support I received was excellect. I wish I knew about you sooner. I will definitly use you again, as a student myself the price allowed me to access up to date software. My son is 15 years old, so I will be accessing Sotware4Students for him in future. Excellent
I've bought two copies of Windows 7 (64bit for my PC and 32bit for my parents') the first copy I downloaded was shortly after W7 was released and the download was corrupt, but I received the disk a day after telling them about my problem. The second copy I bought worked perfectly (after I'd corrupted the download on my first attempt and redownloaded it).
So although I've had to use customer service a couple of times they've been excellent. Don't hesitate in getting your software and OS here!

Great customer service
Had an issue with a download so first tried Microsoft website for help - total pants!
Contacted S4S and they replied very quickly and Sally (nice to have a human being!) helped me to sort out the problem.

First rate
The scheme is brilliant. We provide young people who are out of mainstream school with their education using virtual classrooms. Amazing support
I received amazing support from Sally almost 5 years after I purchased my product. I wasnt expecting any support and simply asked for help expecting to be ignored or told sory too late, I was amazed when I got the support.

Excellent Service.
Can I just say what a delight it was yesterday, I downloaded Office 2010 yesterday for my daughters new computer, had a slight niggle which I contacted Software 4Students and within a couple of hours they had replied and everything was up and running as it should be. The niggle incidentally was my fault! Thanks.

Seriously good
i had my doubts, I mean, come on office 10 professional for under £40!!
but it's true, its legal, it works and their support is excellent as well, I had an issue installing and their support staff came back with some excellent advice.

Thank goodness for you!
Hi,
I've just ordered this and am hoping to get it in time for my son's birthday. I would NEVER have been able to afford the software normally, it is only through this scheme that I could do this. My son is in secondary school and it is IMPOSSIBLE to do the homework required by the school without this basic software.

When I was told about the fantastic price of Office2010 from Software4students, I ordered for both of my children - no regrets; excellent price, easy to register, clear and easy-to-use website, easy to order, great customer service. I have had no hesitation in passing on the recommendation, too. Fabulous that children can use the software that they know at school, but at an affordable price for parents. Their homework looks great, so they take pride in preparing it. Its certainly made a difference to my feelings about Microsoft; long may they continue to support Software4students!

Great company recommended...cheapest around i did look 1st!!
I ordered mircosoft office pro 2010 on 10th may 2011 and received it 3 days later,I uninstalled my old version (as reading up on reviews b4 buying most people forgot to unistall any version they already had)an installed the version from software for students...I'm so happy with the purchase an I wil be recommending to other students,I Also think its great that it let's you connect with your email address so u can use office anywere by signing into your email account! I bought Office recently but bought Windows 7 by mistake first!! I rang and was talking to Aiden and another girl and they refunded me for the wrong download! Really goos service and atleast I could talk to people unlike some companies!!
