Digital Data Protection 24/7
Even a small file modification is quickly sensed by SOS and the data are backed up instantly. Moreover, all the file versions are stored remotely & any version of the file can be retrieved anytime. I am also getting SOS data backup reports to email.

Robust backup product for an amazing price
SOS is a really good online data backup solution. My data is safe and off site with the added benefit of being able to access it from anyplace using pc or android phone. This is not drop box or sugarsync but a robust backup solution that maintains current and historical versions of all your important files. Very easy to install. Initiates with a message after PC starts, giving me time to pause it if I need to do something in a jiffy.. Shows progress and what is backed up.. On-line support was also very helpful in solving a problem. A great product at an amazing price point!

Reliable Backup Solution for Business Data
I am an owner for a small business and installed SOS online backup to secure my business data. I am backing up data from 4 PCs. Nice thing about SOS is, I am getting daily backup reports to my email id from SOS that has information about PC Name from which the data are backed up, No. Of files backed up, etc. Now, I don't worry about data loss because my business data is protected by reliable backup solution.

Real-time data protection
I am using SOS online backup for more than a year. I am very much impressed with this backup solution because the data are protected real time. Even the small changes that are made in the file are immediately backed-up to SOS server. Even if the file is deleted from the hard drive, the backed-up file is not removed from the SOS remote server. Once I carelessly deleted a file from my laptop (even removed from recycle bin) which I needed later. I quickly restored the file from SOS in no time. The customer support system for this backup solution is integrated within the software interface. In case of any backup technical assistance, support is only a click away. I would like to suggest SOS backup for individual's & small businesses.

Made my backup process simple for the first time
I can't believe that I waited so long to decide to do online backup... SOS made it so easy to get started. Now I just don't have to worry about the protection and security of my data.... It was one of those things that was so easy, I just should have done it earlier... I have had data issues in the past...

SOS the Best and Excellent Tech Support by phone
I have tried two other on line back-up systems and they were good, but you have a maximum of either 1 or 5 computers per account with limited capacity. With SOS you buy as many GBs as needed, and then run on any number of computers - unlimited, on your single account. None of the others match this. In addition, SOS have servers in several different locations all over the world which is far more secure. The others apparently only have one. Technical support was exceptional; helpful, competent, and they followed up to check by phone if all was ok. Excellent! As good as you’ll get from any company - easy to use – Great software.

Good Product... Affordable Pricing.. Great Support!
I made a wise choice switching from one of the unlimited backup providers to SOS Online Backup. Though it does not backup my Mac yet, & they promised me a Mac compatible version shortly, SOS gives me great flexibilty in terms of unlimited versioning of files, backing up all home PCs & laptops from one unified account, backup speed is reasonably good, & so far reliability has been great...on top of that very user friendly interface & very helpful support..even at odd hours they helped me setting up my account.. Overall great product & good to know that New York Times has also recommended it.

SOS is the Best Backup Software
I was very much satisfied with SOS online backup software and Service. Software is very easy to use. Moreover... we can access our backed-up files from IPhone & Blackberry. There Customer Support Service is very prompt.
