My new sandals are gorgeous! Even better than the photos.

Very good website, photos and descriptions of the products. The postal arrangements were exactly as described with email updates on the whereabouts of my order. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more footwear from here very soon .....

Cheap prices and quick delivery

These trainers were cheaper than anywhere and delivered really quick. I have now shopped with them twice and the service and price has been excellent. I will use Spartoo again.

Sending the right product would be helpful. Checking process required.

Order size 6 shoe and didn't just get wrong size but received one size 5 and one size 5.5. - no good to anyone. So frustrating to then have to send them back and arrange new order, especially as I now don't think they will be here in time for the event that I intended to wear them too.

Quick and personal service

I had to return the shoes I ordered as I needed a size smaller and it was very convenient to use a local shop to return them to, rather than go to the post office. I am currently waiting for the right pair, but they were shipped from spartoo already and I liked being given updates at every stage.

Excellent customer service

I Have ordered from Spartoo a few times now, I love the choice and styles of the trainers. Quality is good.
One of my orders was lost in the post, I told Spartoo only a few days after it was late. They chased it up and quickly found something was wrong, so sent me another pair free of charge and I got it promptly.

the speed of delivery is horrible!

I order a pair of of shoes on 4th of May, until now, 14th May, i have not received it! but on website, it said it guaranteed on delivary within 6days! also,I cannot check the track of my parcel since there is no option from the website... it's the first tome i try to shop on this website, it should also be the last time.

Spartoo didn't send the item I ordered, and declined payment on cashback site

I ordered lovely Merrells in a size 6. The shoes arrived in a size 6 box but were size 4. An exchange was requested and the item returned. I'm still waiting nearly 3 weeks later and the correct size hasn't arrived. I ordered through quidco and the £4.80 cashback was declined. This happens when an order is altered. It wasn't strictlly altered, just mixed up. The sandals were lovely and great value. Come on Spartoo. Jan

Good product - wrong size

Your on line service is excellent.

However you delivered the wrong size twice. Legora are in English sizes so a 6 should be a 6 not a 7 with a sticky label on the box saying it is an English 6. This colour and size are unavailable locally. Is this why you are sending me the wrong size?

I have on two occasions tried to ring your customer service number to receive the automated message that the lines are "exceptionally closed".

A disappointing experience and a waste of time.

Fustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10 days after ordering & still now sign of my sandals!!!

I've tried the link to yodel parcel tracking, but the says it not working or my parcel can't be found!!

Will it ever arrive? I don't know, but next time i'll be using rubbersoles.co.uk as i have in the past. Prices are no more expensive, but delivery is fast & guaranteed.

Indeed, the Yodel delivery guarantees delivery within 6 business days from shipment. Please do keep in mind that our company, being half French/half British has our warehouse currently located in France. We will have our warehouse moved to the UK in the near future to cut down on shipping time.

I do see that your order was placed on the 28th April and shipped out on the evening of the 30th April. As Wednesday the 1st May was a bank holiday here in France, and Monday the 6th May is a bank holiday in the UK, the two warehouses' schedules have caused a slight "delay" due to fewer business days during this week and next.

Therefore unfortunately, your parcel, along with all our other parcels that were prepared for shipment to the UK between 30/04/13 and today the 6th May, will be delivered latest 10/05/13.

Was able to filter down to what I was looking for really easily. Had plenty of choices and the delivery was quick too. This is the second time I have used this site when looking for something with only a general idea of what I wanted and been happy with my new footwear each time.

Perfect loafers, excellent quality.

Having searched the high street for a pair of brown high heeled loafers I eventually realised that the retail stores did not match the quality that I expected. I viewed several online sites until I came across this one. Instantly I fell in love with the Oliver loafers advertised.
Once I'd purchased the product, I was pleased to be kept up to date via emails as to when my purchase was dispatched & expected to arrive.
I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

I was looking specifically for Camper loafers and the Spartoo website had by far the best selection to choose from.. their prices are very competitive and it was easy to place an order. Although they state the order will be dispatched in 6 days, the shoes arrived in half the time. Excellent service!

Great customer service!

I received my order which I was happy with overall, but I just had an issue with the laces in the shoes I was sent. I emailed Spartoo and promptly received an answer from Adriana in customer services who resolved my query in a professional and efficient manner. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again based on my first experience.

You have sent me the wrong size twice!

My first purchase experience has not been a good one. I ordered a pair on your site as UK7 and you have sent me a UK6 twice now. I shall now be asking for a refund! Not sure I'll want to order from Spartoo again!

Ordering very straightforward, goods as described, UPS delivery exactly on time

First time I have ordered. No issues whatsoever. Goods as described on the website. Selected UPS delivery due to previous comments re Yodal. Tracking available via UPS who delivered exactly on time. I will certainly use the company again.

Absolutley excellent all round service , best company i have dealt with on the internet.

I had never heard of Spartoo before and discovered the site while searching for shoes in the awkward size of 3 and a half. Spartoo have a great selection of footwear and I am thrilled with my sandals which they supplied in a three and a half and which fit perfectly and were delivered in less than a week. They also kept me very well informed about my order - e-mailing me to confirm the order and then again to inform me that the order had been shipped. I am extremely happy with the service I have received from Spartoo and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Good service excellent choice of products

Try this website for fabulous fashion and wonderful shoes selection. Bought a Desigual bag as present as mine was admired and tracked another down on Spartoo a terrific discovery.

Excellent service.

Ordered Sunday evening arrived Friday within the six day delivery time stated on the website. If you need an item quicker I suggest you use the express delivery option. I got a pair of high quality shoes at an excellent price. Will definitely use Spartoo again.

Terrible service in terms of slowness of shipment. Every time I order on-line from other web-sites within UK I get my order delivered next day or in 2 days time. Waiting for 2 weeks is unacceptable. Won't recommend Spartoo to anyone.
