Brilliant Product
For the price, I was expecting a lot less quality. I was very surprised at the quality of the recording, which gives great detail and in focus even at different distances.
The website was great too! A video showing you the product being used is a very good idea and this was the deciding factor to decide to make a purchase.

Unsuitable
The covert spy camera you sent was only useful if it was behind a counter or screen, but any casual examination of the plug would reveal that it was a covert spy device, therefore it was not fit for purpose, I opted NOT to use the device and sent iot back to you by return post (recorded) I spoke with someone called Simon, he was very understanding, all other aspect of spy camera were first class such as speed of delivery, I'm more than happy to deal with the company again if a suitable product is available

Fast, efficient service!
We have been trying to track down 2gb standard SD cards in batches of 30 at a reasonable price, and SpyCameraCCTV were able to deliver in two days. They also called us to see if we were ok with a different make, which we were. We hope to use them again soon.

Superb
This camera is tiny, but works great, it needs more light than you'd imagine, but colour and images are really good. We have an indoor aviary for our residential home, and have the camera in a budgie nest box, all the residents love watching her raise the chicks, their very own springwatch.
The installation is very simple, no fiddling with tuning in etc, just plug and go.
A great item, well worth the cost. RECOMMENDED.

Good product, excellent tech support
Our minds now at rest while we're away on holiday. We rent a house and are fairly sure the owner has left keys with a neighbour. We're content we'll now see them if they come in while we're away - and have the evidence!
Service we received was first class, and when there was a question about setup we needed help with, tech support was fast, accurate and fixed things straight away.

Took me an hour to work out how to setup , but instruction book fell down on method of reviewing the recorded images. There is no instruction for this in the manual. Had to go to support team for help.The emailed support reply was almost instant. The instruction manual emits to say that the PIR system will not operate if you place camera viewing through glass. The external positioning of the camera will give a PIR range of immediate to 20metres without obstructions. The battery pack tends to tip a free standing attitude over backwards and will need propping up. The unit is sturdy and the instant live viewing gave a clear and detailed image which is the whole point of buying - at the recommended setting 5MP.

Keep an eye on your property while roaming around Spain.

EXCELLENT CAMERAS
The advice received was good and the cameras excellent - brilliant picture. Better than a package bought from a shop. I didn't get a monitor but bought a separate 2.5" monitor which made fitting the cameras and checking the picture - easy

Most efficient company i've ever dealt with - Amazing procuts too!
The pre-delivery service was excellent, text messages and e-mail confirmations at each stage of the delivery process right up to the point of delivery. Delivery date could be changed if unsuitable and my products were delivered @ 11AM after only ordering @ 15:45 the day before - fantastic service.
Products - Purchased the ''15m IR Digital Wireless Security Camera and LCD CCTV Monitor with PIR'' plus the ''Spare 15m Night Vision Digital Wireless Camera w PIR for LCD Receiver''.
Positives:
Well made and robust design
Personally think the design is very aesthetically pleasing in comparison to other cameras (e.g. dome)
Has all the features you need, colour, sound, PIR motion detection, night vision, weather proof, wireless (except for the power cable obviously)
Easy to set up - literally plug in the camera and turn on the monitor
Easy to add additional cameras by pairing the devices (takes 30 seconds)
LCD screen is very clear, can view one or all 4 cameras at the same time
Negatives:
The power cable to the camera is only 1.5 metres - so you will need a plug socket close by or and extension lead. I've subsequently purchased a 3 metre power lead from another supplier or you can get a 10 Metre extension cable from SpyCameraCCTV.
The picture does not show the power cable coming out the back of the camera (should be coming out below the antenna). I thought as this was missing on the picture is was enclosed within the metal housing frame thats attached to the wall....this not the case. The electrical supply wire is on show and therefore easily cut by an intruder if within easy reach. This appears to be the design across all products so not something I've worried too much about.
After sales service very useful but in honestly its so easy to set up you won't need help.
Overall a great bit of kit, even endorsed by my electrician friend who installs CCTV all the time!

First Class Service

Top level knowledge, service and aftercare
I purchased 3 cameras, Dvr and extension power cable for 2 of the wireless cameras. Arrived safely packaged and 24hr courier. I received confirmation of order and was kept fully up to date with the delivery tracking via email from their staff.
Had an issue work with extension cables not powering the 2 cameras, the correct cables was ordered and sent. I informed Neil one of their advisers of my findings Isolating the problem to an incompatible cable. I swiftly received an email from Neil to say they have done tests on These cables and that model of camera and confirmed my findings. I was informed that they found a type of cable that could be spliced into the original power cable thus extending it. Neil kindly posted enough cable free of charge to complete my installation. All works well and can't fault this company. The level of advice and support from transaction through to aftersales care is in my opinion above and beyond the normal. I highly recommend these guys on their knowledge in there field and support care. Nothing seems to much hassle. I will definitely be using again. and no I don't work for them, lol. I've never attempted to install cctv in my home before but found it quite straight forward with advice.
