Canceled in May 2026. There's no way to remove the credit card information, and on the 14th of every month, if I have the available balance, they unduly charge me €18, and I have to ask for it back every time. Thieves! They absolutely deserve to close down.

I never signed up for any subscription. Immediatly I send an email and told Starshort to end it. After confirmation that Starshort ended my subscription, Starshort kept inning money from my creditcard. I contacted my bank. They adviced me to send one more mail to Starshort. After that mail they gave me a refund of €17,84 instead of the €69,50 they should have payed me back. My bank wil handle te rest of this issue

cancelled my StarShort subscription in April 2026, yet I was still charged twice in August 2026.

I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with how the matter was handled and the issue was not properly resolved.

I strongly recommend avoiding this platform. If you do subscribe, keep a close eye on your bank statements and make sure you monitor any recurring charges.

Very disappointing experience. I will never use StarShort again.

cancelled my StarShort subscription, but I was still charged twice after cancellation. I contacted customer service and requested a refund, but instead of addressing the charges, they offered me gold coins and new dramas that I did not ask for.

Sharing this so others are aware and check their bank statements carefully if they subscribe to StarShort. Make sure you keep proof of cancellation and monitor your card for further charges.

1 cause 0 Stars are not nessecary. Made an Abbonnement a few month ago, cancellation was a nightmare to find from the start, then contact was ongoing via email.
After being charged a second time they said its now cancelled they wont charge again officaly done blabla.

I thought its done until they started chraging random shit after a few weeks again, and now they saymy email would be invalid, so I cant cancel.

They won't cancel the subscription and keep deducting money even after you write them multiple e-mails to cancel.

What a nightmare to get my subscription canceled and above all after canceling still money gets deducted from my account every single month.

I would put no stars if that was an option. It's been a nightmare trying to cancel the subscription. I've tried multiple times through the website and via email. If anyone has successfully cancelled, please share how.

Absolutely horrendous and a scam!!! They withdrew the higher subscription fee amount, even though I have screenshots of the discounted rate they should’ve charged, and then it was a nightmare to cancel the subscription. They kept sending emails back and forth until you miss the deadline to cancel, and then they charge you for another week.
