Quick and efficient, wish I had known that the case was not included
Pleasantly surprised by the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. The cheapest price and an additional discount voucher made it even better. However, as these were a present I was dissapointed to find that no sunglasses case was included in my delivery. Trawling opticians looking to find anything remotely sutiable at short notice tarnished my experience, if I had known up front I could have prepared for this.

CATCH THE RAYS WITH RAYBANS
What a brilliant website. This is what Internet shopping should be like, order one day delivered the next. E-mail sent in the afternoon when dispatched as described. Easy to track order and 10% off 1st order too. Excellent competitive pricing. Raybans arrived as described, couldn't be more pleased with service from a website you can definitely trust 100%.

Excellent pair of glasses, accurately described and delivered quickly!!
The description of these Oliver Peoples glasses were accurate on the website. Most importantly the measurements were spot on, and I was able to check with a pair of glasses I already have to ensure they would fit, as I hadn't tried them on before taking the plunge! Well worth it, and reasonably priced, with very quick delivery. My slight comment would be my tracking link did not work, but as it arrived within a day I had no reason to check it!

Speedy service, good quality glasses
Ordered a pair of Raybans at 3.30pm and they arrived by courier the next day. Only fault is that the website said the glasses were number 4 (on UV scale) but were in fact number 2.

Happy days are sunny days so were better to go than The Sunglass Shop online for a great shopping experience.
I have had a very good experience with my orders for sunglasses. I rang with a query and the staff on the other end of the phone were very helpful. My orders came the next day and was sent emails stating the the status of my order, very informative.

Hotter than a blast furnace

Puts other sunglasses retailers in the shade!
Ordered a pair of Ray Ban Predator sunglasses from this site last week after they sent me a handy 10% off code for browsing their site and not puchasing (was in the "should I or shouldn't I?" stage at that point). Once the discount had swung me I went for it and ordered. I paid through PayPal which is a great option to have and the checkout was quick and painless. I immediately got a confirmation e-mail and was told my sunglasses would be despatched to me the next working day for FREE UPS next day delivery. Since I ordered on the Saturday I had to wait until the Tuesday, but I managed to hold off my excitement until they arrived! Everything went smoothly with delivery, UPS gave me a tracking number and the item was delivered exactly when the retailer said it would be.
The sunglasses themselves were well packaged over their retail packaging and in perfect condition. They've been a lifesaver this week with the sun being out and having to drive a long distance (my previous pair have broken lenses so had no alternative). They look pretty funky too.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase and the service I received, especially the completely free next day delivery...as we all know nobody likes waiting for things! I would definitely use this retailer again and recommend it highly. Thanks!

Great selection & Service
I bought myself a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers and quite frankly looked hideous, So I returned them for a different pair. Sunglasses shop received the rerun and sent the replacement the same day , no quibble and refunded me the different which was great because I had used a go her code for 15% off and the honoured it with the replacement Pair.
I would definatly use them again , the prices were brilliant and service was fab !
