I couldn't be more satisfied!
I have a 2012 Scion Tc that I wanted to enhance the license plate lights on. (Like the Lexus license plate lights). I'd heard a lot about Super Bright Leds on different websites and on YouTube and decided to try them. I ordered the lights and they came 3days later! I was skeptical because some Leds put off this bluish color that's not natural looking or OEM looking to me. The lights EXCEEDED my expectations! They're bright, crisp, and cool white with a natural looking appearance as if my Tc was built with these lights! I can't say enough how pleased I am with the price, shipping time, and the quality! Thank you!

Fast shipping, great quality and affordable.
I ordered some blue leds that would match my sony head unit to replace the stock bulbs on my gauge cluster. My car is a 97 Jetta, so leds that fit weren't easy to find. However superbrightleds had exactly what I needed, my order was shipped on Tuesday and I Received it Wednesday, I've never gotten anything that fast. The leds greatly improved the visibility of my cluster, not to mention giving it a little customization. I will definitely be coming back to this site for later purchases.

Quality product, fast service and great customer service, what else could you ask for?
I started changing over my stock vehicle bulbs last year, I was impressed with the quality of the Superbrightleds products. They greatly increased the visibility of my vehicle in all weather conditions. I was so impressed that I am now changing out the remaining bulbs as stock bulbs nowadays burn out quite often. In the 2011 GMC Sierra it is a pain to change front bulbs out as you have to remove a lot of stuff to get to them. I am going with the Superbrightleds as they do not burn out....they keep going. They always process and ship my orders in about 1 day and Priority Mail shipping is affordable and fast. They are also great when it comes to answering questions so you make the right choice in product. Good telephone assistance is rare these days but they do it right! I have gotten compliments from everybody, even State Troopers who ask me "where do you get those, they are great!" Visibility and safety as well as quality products that last, it will keep me as a customer.

Placed a number of orders now for international shipment and all have been processed and dispatched promptly, and well packed. On the one occasion that a wrong part was packed (wrong part with right part label on it!), the issue was quickly resolved via email and the correct part dispatched without any delay.

Great Company! Fast Service!!
I bought LED replacements for the dome light on my 2008 Ford Ranger. Also bought the LED replacements for my 2008 Ford Fusion, for the side markers, dome, map, and trunk lights. Great LED's and delivered FAST
I'm doing a full LED conversion on everything but headlights for my 1966 custom Corvair. I like that while on the Superbright site I can cross check each factory light for a replacement with options for color and style. There is one application in a housing that is deep with near zero clearance to the bulb....but they had a solution.
I'll be back to finish the list!

Quality is what I was looking for.
I been on the hunt for a pure white side emitting LED strip and I finally found the one. Not only do they offer 3 types of whites but the LED chips are brighter than other brands and the circuit boards are easy to solder.

Disappointed
Superbrightleds came highly recommended by the lighting crew where I work. While I have little doubt the lamps will be good quality, I was disappointed in the service. I was informed by email, from a representative named Pat, the day after I placed my order that the lamp I ordered the most of had been discontinued and they could not quite meet the quantity. I asked if there was a recommended replacement since, surprisingly, this information was not automatically included in the email.
Pat sent an email to another employee, Ryan H., and she forwarded his response to me. In it he mentions that he does not show the lamp I ordered as being discontinued and then recommended a replacement that was not only twice as expensive, but more than twice as bright and higher wattage. I then checked the website myself and just as he stated the lamp was not shown as discontinued (as other lamps do) and said "in stock".
I responded to Pat's email saying I was confused, frustrated, and offered a replacement for twice as much. That the manufacturer's representatives were unable to realize this was an unsuitable replacement at any price was just a little too much. I asked her to send my entire order if, as the site still said, the lamp was still actually in stock and send what they had if not.
Her response just said she would send the lamps they had and refund the difference. No explanation nor apology was offered for the mistake on the site.
All in all, a disappointing first experience with this company.
update: 4/20/13 - I will say that I was impressed with the speed of their shipping. I know their lamps are quality as well, so maybe this was just bad luck with an employee that needs some training.

Changed our business!
For over twenty years, we used fixtures and uv bulbs for our specialized frame that illuminates artwork from inside the frame. This trademarked style, called Starlite, was created by aviation artist Rick Broome. The problem with the frame was expensive fixtures and bulbs that were only rated at maximum, 8k hours. They were heavy, bulky, and hard to build and required replacements every 3-5 years. I found superbrightleds doing a search for lighting alternatives. Now, with the LED UV strips, we have a lighter, better, more vibrant way to illuminate these special paintings. The old frame weighed 18lbs, with the LED strips, our frame now weighs less than 2 lbs. our customers love them!

Best products going!!!
I have been in the computer industry for several decades, and have recently begun helping my friend to refurbish the interior lighting systems in our 1986 Chevy conversion camper van. First was just a minor rewire to get all the wire sorted out (at least 4 different patch jobs over the years are evidenced by at least 1 wire changing color/gauge 6 times over a 10 foot segment), and now has been the replacement of all existing 12 volt lighting sources in the camper section and the addition of a couple lighting fixtures as well. I searched the internet for almost a week before finding the exact products that both my friend who is near 70 and I (near 40 myself) could agree on as far as brightness/functionality/ease-of-use/energy consumption/mounting options/and several others. But the only place with ALL of the EXACT products needed/wanted were at SuperBrightLEDS.com. The selection process was not only easy and intuitive, but helpful as well. The payment process was very easy and fast, and even though I ordered on a Saturday night, I was notified the items shipped Monday, and Wednesday morning I was installing them in the van. Because I was using the products mounted to wood the included screws would not work. But I have a large assortment of small screws I have collected, and found several to work for the installation against a wood base. After installation I turned them all on and waited for several hours to read the power drain on the newly installed deep cycle battery, and the drain was negligible at the worst, and realistically affected the batter nil. Next I turned all the lights off, waited till 11 pm, when it was nice and dark, no moon, took my friend out to the van, sat him down inside, and flipped the switch. His reaction to the brightness was an instant "WWWOOOOOOOOOOWWWwwwwww!!!" He was more than impressed with not only the bright high quality light they produced, but also their great design, and ease of use (he is not to much of a techie, but certainly NOT a techno-weenie either!!!), their size/form factor/energy consumption/price were all more than worth the initial retrofit for the lights. There is still a 12v fluorescent to get rid of in the future, but he's a teacher and I'm disabled, so money is tight and an issue sometimes, so being able to rework the lights to something more efficient, brighter, and at a cost that is extremely affordable because next is the entire charging/distribution/fuse panel with AC&DC circuits, and the second half of the electrical system. I can't wait to get back to SuperBrightLEDS.com and get us a few more lights/fixtures/retrofit automotive items!!!

Best LED Lighting Source

Can't believe how bright the lights are.
I used the "194 LED Bulb - 15 SMD LED Wedge Base Tower " to replace 18w halogen bulbs in my landscape lighting. The color was good, not blue at all (I ordered warm white) and I can't believe how bright they are - brighter than the original bulbs! I immediately went online and ordered 20+ more to replace all of bulbs in my yard, plus the new fixtures I bought because I am now saving so much on electricity. I can't wait to see my whole yard lit up with energy-saving LED lights. Fortunately since they ship so fast I don't have long to wait.

customer service is horrid
Bought a set of lights in December. By the time i picked the lights up the company reduced the price by 25%. I only found out about this because i showed a colleague of mine the site after i got my order and saw the reduction across the entire categorie. So i inquired about this using there email. I got an emediate response. Said prices change. It happens all the time. So i replied back asking about customer protection in cases like this as all their competitors have. 25% s a huge drop. This is not a typo. I received no response. After 2 days of waiting i copied the entire email and opened another inquiry on the website and just posted the entire email. Then asked if replies go nowhere or if i was being ignored. I received a response back that i was getting a credit. Nothing else. So i waited. I got no credit. I sent a reply back asking if they wanted my card back.. u can guess it. No response. Sent another inquiry. No response. Nothing. No credit no response. I have since found somewhere else to go. Spent close to 1000 dollars changing out all my bulbs, none of that money to super bright.. oh and my colleague building his house and wanting all leds, he is going somewhere else too.

Amazingly fast shipping!
Nobody in town had the led flasher relay i needed for my 95 civic so i found superbrightleds and they had what i was looking for and at a better price then what people wanted to sell me the inline resistors for, and this is a plug and go install so no messing with my wires. they also shipped out my order same day to would also recommend to friends.

Wonderful shipping!
Through the past experiences with Superbrightleds, I have to say that every order arrived a day earlier than the "Expected Delivery By:" date. Not only that, but all the boxes were sealed tight with no air pockets to reduce the chances of breakage of the item/items. My brother referred me since a year ago and am very pleased with the amount of inventory of the items and with the easy-on-the-eyes website. Especially on the phone!
