Crappy operation.

I ordered a couple of items and paid via PayPal. They shipped to an incorrect and nonexistent address (different from PayPal address). So, I never received the shipment, but they won't refund my purchases.

I've never had any issues with shipping address when ordered via PayPal. I will not order from this place again.

highly recommend Swim2000! They have great products, competitive prices, and truly excellent customer service. Rae, in particular, was amazing—she was very helpful, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and always followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. She went above and beyond to resolve any issues and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

I recently made a purchase with Swim 2000. Initially I was hesitant to buy from them. I bought 4 pairs of Speedo Volley Swim shorts with liner. I have been buying this brand for the past 20 years. They are good quality! Swim 2000 is legit and in the future I will purchase from them again. I took advantage of a big sale they had and even got free shipping. The Speedo shorts are the real deal, not fake knock off products. With their sale the shorts were $15-20.00 less than Amazon suppliers at the time I made my purchase. Completely satisfied!

I would not recommend shopping here at all! I ordered shampoo and conditioner way back in September. When I receive information that my package has been delivered to a post office (even though I have paid for home delivery), I cannot find the package in some places. I spent several hours driving to different post offices to no avail. When I write to them they say that they are locating my package. Here, many months later, I still get the same answer. I have requested my 500$ back, but always get the same answer - that I should be patient as they are still finding my package. I think I will never get my money back.

Slow responses. Information difficult to find. Lack of communication about orders. Even when you pay for easy returns (~$2.40) they make it difficult to return items.

Terrible experience. I bought an expensive suit that did not fit. Although I returned the suit with tags on they would not take it because I hadn't included an outside sleeve sent with the package. I have never encountered this before and it made no sense since they have all the details given that they shipped it to me. Then they offered a 15% on my next purchase after their ridiculous handling of the situation.

Ordered speedo sunny g goggles they arrived today they are absolutely amazing love them . Shipping was fast to say it was international placed my order on the 5th and it arrived today 22nd July , customer service was excellent answered my emails quickly 10/10 will definitely shop with them again.

My experience with Swim2000 has been definitely positive. Reading those negative reviews about their Customer Service, I wondered if the writers were writing about a different swimsuit company. I’ve found Swim 2000 customer service to be the best I’ve encountered in a long time; patient, kind and helpful. I had to return a suit because the sizing confused me, but Customer Service has been great about answering my questions. I’ve been a customer of Swim Outlet/Swim2000 for several years and am a return customer because they’ve always been fair and reliable.

Beware buyers! Check their return policy before buying anything. The first suit I ordered did not fit so I exchanged it for another size which, unfortunately, did not fit either, so I just wanted to send it back, with all tags in place, for a refund. This is not an unusual scenario when trying to buy a swimsuit online. BUT, apparently, once you make one exchange, you're hosed! They will not accept a 2nd return AT ALL for the same order, so you are out the money you spent. Yes, my bad for not reading the entire return policy but, still, it's a terrible policy to have in place. Shop elsewhere.

Not trustworthy!!

Very disappointed. Retired and thought I’d take a chance with this business. They are not to be trusted!!

I completely understand suits should be tried on tags in tact for refunds. However, not all suits wear/perform the same when you try them on/wear them in the water. I purchased a red Nike (will never wear/buy a Nike product again or purchase from this store) 2 piece competition suit. I tried it on before removing the tags. Top was fine, the bottom however as soon as it got wet, felt like it grew to a larger size and after a few strokes, basically fell off me. I drive 45 mintues every other day to swim for 1 hour so I know my size well as I have multiple suits. I wrote CS and didn't even want a refund because I thought that would be inappropriate after wearing it and asked for an exchange as the suit was defective (but like you couldn't see the defection it just became so in the water) Customer service said "can you send pictures of the suit? WHAT THE HEC?? A simple exchange wouldn't have cost your company nearly as much as this review will and for anyone else, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, there are plenty of others, such as swim outlet-they're great or anywhere else. At the end of the day, as a business owner and a professor, the customer is right and to provide them with a satisfactory outcome is usually worth more than not. Horrid company.

Placed an order for a complete kit as my swim bag got stolen. Figured I could make do with no gear whilst waiting for the shipment.
get an email 4 days later saying they are not sending me anything unless I double the original shipment cost. meanwhile, my original payment has already gone through.

I queried this over multiple emails back and forth and when I called them out for the extortion I was blatantly abused via email and told ill just never get my gear... I did get a refund but not the total amount I paid.

find a different provider for gear. service is terrible and unreliable.

I received a damaged item and they are not taking responsibility. Very bad customer service, assuming I'm lying. They have asked me to contact the manufacturer which I already did, however, they cannot do anything as item was not purchased through them.
It is a very expensive swim suite that I cannot used because it has hole in the fabric. Very unhappy and upset customer that has wasted a lot of money on a damaged and unusable suit.

Seller is not answering to emails and obviously they are doing nothing to fix this.
