IPhone Unlocker Refund
I used Iphone unlocker to jailbreak my 4S on 5.1 firmware (me being stupid and not reading before I upated my phone). I've jailbroken over 20 4S's with absinthe on 5.0 firmware for free, and with no problem. After wasting 32USD on mere tutorials and quick navigation to already free files/programs such as Absinthe, I noticed this website lied about their ability to jailbreak a 4S on 5.1 firmware. I requested a refund to which SWREG forwarded to the Iphone Unlocker vendor. I received an e-mail from SWREG saying "we have not heard back from our vendor, please re-email your request".
I sent an email on 3/28 requesting a refund by Friday 3/30 or I would seek legal action. I got a response saying SWREG forwarded the complaint to their vendor yet again. I just received an e-mail at 12:15 AM regarding a refund. SWREG stated "we apologize for the inconvenience, we have refunded your purchase an should see a credit in 5-7 days. We still haven't heard from our vendor and this is uncommon." I was impressed I am getting my refund *knock on wood*. i'll post in a week or so to see if I get my refund.

Lying, Thieving, Jerks.
This company will take your money whether you authorize it or not. They falsely advertise products. These people originally scammed me out of 24.99 a year ago. They said they had an untethered jailbreak for my iphone. I purchased and downloaded it. Guess what? They lied. It was a tethered jailbreak which I had already found on the internet FOR FREE. Untethered means I do not have to plug my phone into the computer every single time I want to turn it on. A tethered jailbreak is a headache. Well, after filing complaints a year ago nothing was ever resolved. I took it as a learning lesson and moved on with my life. Yesterday I saw that they not only charged my card once (24.99) they charged it twice (6.99), totaling an unauthorized $31.98. I called Digital River (952) 253-1234; who is affiliated with them and they told me that I would have to take it up with Swreg. BUT! Swreg has NO PHONE NUMBER. The lady said they only had an email address on file for them (Which makes Digital River JUST as guilty in my opinion, who the hell is affiliated with a company only by email?) The email address is info@swreg.org. But I'm not holding my breath about them returning my email. However, I will dispute these unauthorized charges. These people are thugs!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

iPhone-unlocker-pro.com is a SCAM
OMG Swreg is TERRIBLE! I bought their phone unlocker software from iphone-unlocker-pro.com, and it is a scam. No working software, no customer support...NOTHING. Beware of companies like this, I should have stuck to my guns and not made the purchase withour researching the company! UGH! SCAMMED AGAIN! :(

If they had a minus rating I would have chosen it.
I paid good money for something that it absolutely useless. I tried constantly to communicate with the company in good faith but guess what - they don't reply!! EVER TO ANY MEANS OF CONTACTING THEM!
I have reported them but I doubt anything will ever come of it. £32 down the drain and no way of re-couping it.
Ha ha just noticed this review is going to be sent to SWREG, bet they still don't do anything!

Supporter of con artists and thieves
This is not a good company. They are very bad dealing with customers and just as bad in business relations with clients. The service they offer allows there clients to get away with murder as they do have scam artists using there services to cover there financial trail. Business with SWREG today will add a headache tomorrow.

Why are these people dealing with bad software business ?
Email the company first before buying to see if the company is good or bad ?
SWreg will refund you money if you got scammed by fake software company and software company hopefully will be band.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SOFTWARE DON'Y BUY IT in the first place, Most software company offer 30 FULL days trial for FREE.
You don't get to try a $50,000 car for 30 days for free.
Keep up the good work SWreg for keeping costs low...
Ps. I find most IT people are cheap and will not try to pay for anything.

Totally incompetent
I warn any serious software company to not use Swreg, unless you want your reputation ruined and lose a larger percentage of customers than you may gain by their low fees. Swreg helps a lot of Scam companies defraud innocent victims, and you don't want to be considered a scam company, do you?
Their payment system is completely unreliable, and gives random errors - as random as their "customer services" responses - which are given at random, with no regard to the actual question asked.
I notice here that all END USER reviews gives ONE star, while some companies using Swreg as a payment solution gives FIVE. You are either stupid or blind - they may be cheap for you, but YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS by using them - more reveue LOST than you gain by their low fees.
Even worse - you will lose REPUTATION by using Swreg - running GREAT RISK of being suspected of being just as much a scam company as a lot of the "services" Swreg provides a payment solution for, and protects in their fraudulent activities.
So, serious software developers looking for a solution to sell you software - STAY AWAY from Swreg!

Not getting support for a software that was purchased using SWREG.ORG
I purchased IPhone unlock software (3gsunlock.co.uk) using SWREG.org. That software did not work and I am not getting support despite multiple reminders involving SWREG support email id. Let us hope I get the refund atleast. Feeling cheated.

Fraudulent sites use SWREG
I am an internet security professional. I found that fraudulent websites are using SWREG's services to take money from their victims. There appears to be no good system currently in place to report such abuses. I would not trust SWREG or any of their clients.

SWREG - SCAM
This company is a scam, be warned. Unfortunaley, I am now in the process of dealing with the fraud team at my bank as this company not only didn't supply the software I thought I was purchasing but has now took 6 payments for it. I have written to the company numerous time but they have failed to reply. I have now written to inform them that my card is cancelled and therefore they will not be able to take any further payments. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

SCAM
I try to buy softwear vie SWREG . The money was transfered but no confirmation email for 2 weeks . I wrote an email to SWREG to find out what was goint on and all that they wrote back was that I should make a new order and pay additional 10 $ to complate my order . Avoid using SWREG . You may loose your money too

Great Company!
I saw their [URL=http://twitter.com/swreg_org]swreg twitter[/URL] page that I think everyone should take a look at. I really like the service, it was easy to set up payment methods. If for some reason anyone has trouble contacting them through their customer support system which they shouldn't, try contacting them through twitter cause it was easy for me

SWREG is a great low cost solution
At a fee of 2.9% + $1 per sale, SWREG is hands down the least expensive payment processor out there. I’m aware they also have a 0% + 99 cent deal, which I haven’t had the opportunity to try. A lot of people say that in this business you get what you pay for. However, that’s not true with SWREG. They’ve always been very responsive with me. Their customer service team has dealt with any of my problems and questions with professionalism and efficiency. To add, they were very helpful with getting me started. They responded to my questions quickly and friendly.
Outside of their customer service, the user interface and experience is top notch. I have no trouble with my account management and my customers have had no complaints about the paying process. In fact, the one page order form layout improves the customer experience so that they click less to complete the process. Everything on the interface is easy to find and exactly where I assume it should be. There’s no doubt I’ll be staying with SWREG for some time to come – on top of recommending it to everyone!
