What I wanted ..double quick
I needed a new cover for our table tennis table. I ordered the cover on line and received it 48 hours later. Not cheap but what I needed and delivered very fast. Easy peasy. Hooray.

Bought a Cornilleau Sport 300M outdoor table tennis table from table-tennis-tables.co.uk after speaking to them and getting their advice..... they were very helpful on the phone, listened to what I was after and guided me in the right direction, very helpful, very professional. The table turned up exactly when arranged.
However, despite reading everywhere that 2 people would be needed to assemble it and set it up, I couldn't wait for any help and so found that it can be done with one.... if you're very careful!

Beyond the call of duty !
I placed my order & was then called by a very friendly lady who explained to me that there was a special offer on table tennis balls which meant that i received double the amount for less cost.

No problems with the order and goods came fully boxed. Only gripe was the delivery service. All though they rang to say delivery was afternoon, didn't arrive until 7pm.

It was very easy to chose the right table - lots of good information, easy to find and understand. Delivery was prompt, got a phone call day before to confirm and on the day to give me a more precise timing. They arrived on time, polity and pleasant. Same for the people who came to assemble later on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. hours of free fun and away from screens in general - TV, computer, ipad, x box....

I wanted a table tennis table for my son however am not an expert in what makes a good/bad table. After looking on Amazon and other websites I was none the wiser. I phoned table-tennis-tables late on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Kate who described the pro's and con's of many different tables of various prices and was exteemly patient and helpful. I subsequently ordered a Cornilleau Sport 250 Indoor table, which was delivered when promised and is exactly what we were after. All-in-all some of the best customer service I have experienced.

Just bought a Kettler table tennis table, delivery was delayed by 24hrs despite a promise of next day delivery.
On inspecting the contents and expecting to construct it parts were missing so I am delayed again. I suspect this is not your fault but the manufacturers. So all in all, not a blissful experience at all.

I was so relieved with the help given when trying to make the right decision on my husband's birthday present. The ease of ordering and the speed with which our table arrived were a bonus. It took the stated amount of time to assemble and my husband was totally chuffed. The table is terrific and we have already had hours of family fun on what might have been a pretty miserable bank hoiday weekend. Mixed emotions
Initially disappointed because table arrived with damaged corners and balls were squashed.
HOWEVER.... The service to put this situation right was outstanding. I called T-T-T to explain what had happened - I had a replacement set of Balls the next morning and was told to use the table until the replacement arrived. The replacement table arrived the next day in perfect condition. The table is really excellent quality and great for both adults and children. 4 stars from me. Would have been 5 but for the initial hick-up !

Direct dealing with the company was very good - their distribution company left a lot to be desired!
No problems with dealing with the company. Their distribution company however refused to move the table further than inside the front door. Asked if they could carry it up stairs they refused & told me they were not insured to do so...in my telephone conversation with table-tennis -tables it was made very clear where table was going ,but no indication that the 2 man team bringing the table would do only the minimum.
