I was thoroughly disappointed.
Unordered a disc at 150 game. The disc delivered was 140 grams. This might not seem like allot to those who aren't familiar with disc golf, however, It makes a world of difference. I cannot throw a disc that light. I had to return the purchased disc at my own cost. It was my first experience with Tahoe Mounain Sports. It will probably be my last.

Fast, responsive, great pricing and a free pair of socks!
I bought from Tahoe Mountain Sports because of their very competitive pricing (not realizing I'd also get a free pair of very cool socks in the process). When my jacket arrived, I had a size concern and called them. The phone was immediately answered by a live person who helped me address the issue (I didn't end up exchanging). The whole process was fast, secure, and convenient.

Wrong color, fast shipping
Had gold listed on the website, sent red. Not bent out of shape about it at all, as the product is very rare in the US and I was thrilled to find it at TMS. Happy to support the little guy, just more accurate listings online w/ timely inventory updates would be nice
Shipping w/ USPS was spot on and quick.

Great selection of high quality active wear
I've been shopping at Tahoe Mountain Sports for over a year now and their selection is still growing! It's a cool little sports shop right in my back yard. I told my girlfriend about their clothing selection and now she is hooked. A friendly and informative staff makes shopping a pleasant experience.

Awesomeness
Tahoe mountain sports did a great job with my order! Not only were they the only ones who carried the product that I needed, they also delivered it in time with no delays. I bought a pair of BD skins 140mm, shipped overnight. Great prices as well! In my worries during the day that I wont get my order shipped in time - I bugged them via online chat on their website and they were understanding and delivered great customer service! Would recommend them to my friends no question.

Shipping SNAFU
I was psyched to find that TMS had the ABS canisters in stock, and with three days until my hut trip, was confident that they would arrive in time. After all, the pack I'd ordered the week before, from another Tahoe-area e-tailer, arrived in just two days. I placed my order on Tuesday March 12. Just in case, I wrote a note in the space provided, asking TMS to contact me if they thought my order would not arrive by Thursday 3/14, the day I was leaving for the long drive north to Golden, BC. I got a confirmation email, including a tracking number, that evening. Seemed like things were headed in the right direction. Two days later, the order hadn't arrived, so I left without my extra canisters, and fingers crossed that I wouldn't need them. On my return, the order still hadn't arrived, since, unbeknownst to me, Fedex needed a signature for the order. Nowhere during the order process, nor in the confirmation afterward, did I read anything about this. Nor did I receive any additional communication from TMS, as I requested in the order. SNAFUS happen, I get it. But with all the customer service efforts TMS is making, including this survey, I'd think that simply checking the note field on their online orders would be a pretty simple step. Needless to say, I won't be trusting them with an important order again, without some sign that they've improved on this most basic level.

We actually have no way of knowing when FedEx will require signed delivery and when they will leave a package at the doorstep. Those rules vary by region (for instance if a neighborhood has a history of many stolen packages it may be required for all deliveries), shipping method, the value of the contents, and many other factors that we can not determine at the time of shipping.
At the time of writing this response the package is still awaiting pickup or delivery instructions at the local FedEx location. You can also refuse the package and have it sent back to us at no additional cost if you no longer want the ABS canister.
Please get in touch with us if there is anything else we can do to make things right and restore your faith in doing business with us. We really do care about our customers' experience with us and we continually strive to improve.

Fantastic calendar with beautiful photos!
Hey, this calendar not only has great photos with colorful views of people enjoying the Tahoe region, but they have filled in all the events happening in the area for the whole year! Now, every month I look at the calendar, I can schedule fun things to do with the knowledge given to me pre-printed on my calendar! Awesome!

Fast order completion - item not as pictured
Tahoe Mountain Sports was one of few sites with the item I needed. They had a good price on the item, so I figured I'd try them out. I was a little nervous shopping with them during the holiday season, as I didn't know if they'd deliver my order on time. I shouldn't have worried. The order was quickly shipped and arrived well ahead of Christmas. Very happy with their quick service and ease of ordering, in spite of what must be a very busy season.
My only disappointment was that the item - a disc golfing disc - was not as pictured. It was the correct product, just in a different color scheme than what was pictured. I had made the choice to order through Tahoe Mountain Sports because their disc was better looking than other sites with comparable prices, but ended up getting the disc that I saw elsewhere. Makes no difference in the function of the disc, but it's nice to receive what you saw on the site.
I'd have no reservations in the ease of ordering and receiving my order from Tahoe Mountain Sport for future orders.
