They are fake and thieves. My was placed in november, arrived in february, and the content was other than I ordered ( a bad joke ) . I had some conversation with their support ( robots) without any chance of reimbursing. I made a claim at resilience center at paypal ( very nice and profi) and they have reimbursed my money . I don’t understand why the authorities don’t react. Beware!!!

They scam you and you get different trash products. Don’t waste your money

I would rate zero if I could. I ordered something in November it never came in January. I reached out 30 seconds later they replied they resent it which obviously that couldn’t have happened then I reached back in February using their tracking number that didn’t work until I emailed back to them and all of a sudden it updated to “delivered” two weeks ago to my house. PayPal wouldn’t even give me my money back for an obviously scam.

I purchased an advent calendar in October. It finally arrived in late January. I have sent 6 emails requesting to return the product since I know cannot use it and have not received a reply.

Very extreme bad experience. Being scammed. Paid USD47 for Oracle RED BULL Racing pack and they send me a box of unrelated items. When request for refund they only offered a refund of USD7.

Definetely SCAM. I ordered an Advent Calendar, a Red Bull Oracle racing Advent Calendar at 50 $. I received the package after 2 months, but a very cheap replica of the product. It was not even an Advent calendar, but a car, completely scratched and damaged. The product and the box dis not look at all with what I ordered. I wrote them and they offered a 4 $ compensation. Probably this is the worth of the product, not 50$, the price I paid. Do not buy from here, the products are extremely low quality!!!!

Like many other people, I got scammed as well. Should have read the reviews. Please be smarter than I was and don’t buy it from them. Got a cheap piece of trash after 3 months of waiting. I see they scammed tons of people already and hope they get taken down for this illegitimate “business”.
Shame on you for taking advantage of people who just want to make their loved ones happy. Shame!

I like many of these people had ordered back in September… last update was in November on the shipping and I had to email them over and over for this.. finally they resent another packaged and we are in Jan and the package finally arrived but wha a cheap toy was not even what I ordered. Pretty disappointed- don’t order from this place!

I was waiting instead of 7 days 5 month for the Adventskalender and received two pieces of something but not a Kalender.

SCAM. Placed an order for the McClaren advent calendar in October... it is almost the end of January and I still have not received it. I reached out to support 6 times, and each time they told me that it is still in transit, but no tracking information is available.

Totally scam. Bought 2 Advent calendars for 123 Euro - waited 2 months (instead of 7 days) and got 2 piece of crap from China that costs 2-3 Euro all together.

I ordfeted a Mc Laren advent calender 22 of oct. Promised 12 days delivery. Got a fake product. Not a calender with music as prommised. But a simple fake car. And no calender. Got it 15 january 2026.
I scould have read about them here on trust pilot before.

The ordered product arrived 2 months late. It wasn't what I ordered, it was a worthless piece of crap of poor quality. Scam. DO NOT BUY from here, anyone.

My experience was the same ordered in October received in January!

Ordered the McLaren advent calendar at the end of October and received it one week into January... Received a very cheap two-piece 'model' which is completely incongruent with the advertised goods. Clearly a scam - AVOID.

I wish I saw those reviews before I ordered somewhere end of sept/beginning of October. After multiple contacts with their 'customer service ' department now months later still nothing. DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. You won't get your product and you won't get your money back!

If I could give a 0, I would. These people are an absolute SCAM!! They will lie repeatedly about your order being on the way, but it will never come and they will not refund your money.

As many others have posted, I also ordered an advent calendar product end of October...several followups with TakeJourney generated responses, but always vague and to be patient, the order will get there. I live in Canada...the product was listed as German...so after 8 weeks (on their 'tracking' site which is probably bogus too...it said that the shipment was moving...over 5 weeks...through Ireland - what???!!!) it still hadn't arrived nor any sight of it. I have friends/family in Germany and sending a package even with the slowest possible surface mail service...takes a max of 4 weeks! Anyway thank goodness I paid through PayPal and put in a claim with them. Got a full refund just a few days later. I don't know what TakeJourney's game is...they seem to take people's money with no intention of delivering the products - is their business model such that they assume a certain % of buyers will simply give up and not pursue trying to get a refund? Hence why I only pay through PayPal or directly on my MasterCard...both have such guarantees. Stay away at all costs is my bottom line suggestion!!!

I ordered an advent calendar in September, the tracking stopped on the 25th October. After sending emails and being told to be patient and then they would send me a replacement twice!!!! Still nothing received by the 18th December, after emails almost every day finally received my funds back. Please don't buy from this company. It has been nothing but stress dealing with them.
