Dreadful company. Stay clear
Ordered products:
They broken on installation- cheap material.
Promised spares nothing ever arrived.
Then Sent out wrong products.
Then sent out product without any fitting parts. Tap is useless.
When tired to complain, my email was ignored and blanked.
Taken my money and ignore all refund emails.
£150 later, still no working tap, and no sign of a refund or any CS.
Do I need to go on........STAY AWAY !!!!!!

A master class in Customer Service
I ordered the Montana Rail Kit and riser. The quality of the product is very good and even better as I ordered it whilst on special offer.
Small disclaimer...still waiting for my plumber to install it.
The updates on delivery etc were very good; I was advised of progress on delivery from warehouse to doorstep.

Great service, awkward delivery!
I recently purchased a bath and shower screen from Taps. In general my experience was positive until it actually come to making arrangement for delivery.
The customer service team were always polite an efficient when i called and I was keept informed by e-mail at every stage of my order being processessed. Then it was time to have my order delivered. If you order from this company be prepared to take a days holiday from your entitlement or have the luxury of working from home as they only deliver mid week, will give you a delivery slot from 8am-6pm and wont deliver to yoru premises. I live on the first floor of a tennement flat and the package was dropped of at the fromt of the building in a very bulky palate weighing c100kg.
So if you can be at the delivery address to easily accept delivery and i'd say this is a great company to use. If like me you have a pregnant fiance at home and dont live in a house/ground floor i'd suggest you use a company that will deliver into the premises.

Good........and bad!
No problems whatsoever with ordering or the products ordered. Everything was fine and we were extremely happy with with the service. The only thing that put a slight dampener on the experience was the delivery service. You do get forewarned that delivery will be made to the pavement and you have to move from there yourself, no matter how heavy it is, but you do not get forewarned that the delivery driver might not be the most helpful or pleasant person on the planet. One example: His response to me saying that I wanted to check the pallet to ensure the order was correct? "You do what you like." This, even although you are allowed 20 minutes in which to check. Maybe the guy was having a bad day but he should remember that politeness costs nothing, impoliteness could cost you business. But for this unfortunate experience I would have given a 5 star rating no problem.

Great price, great service
Both myself and "she who must be obeyed" are very pleased with the price, the range of products and lastly the service we received from yourselves. It was particularly nice to actually finding a company that is as good as their word. it was also very informative to see the progress of our order through the different stages of the sales process.

Lots of choice and keen prices too!
I bought a toilet and basin set only. Easy to use website. Clear headings and all neccessary technical information. I specially liked the conveient way sundries like waste and taps were displayed by the suite making mistakes less likely.

well i ordered the complete walk inn shower and the price was never going to be beaten by any one else on the earth and the delivery time was un beatable by far ordered 1 day and 2days later it was delivered with out any damage whats so ever and that on its own takes some beating

First rate company. Arrived within couple of days even though ordered over a weekend. Came well packaged and the taps were easy to fix. Look absolutely fab and operate efficiently. Bonus being a great low price for designer taps. Would certainly buy from Taps.co.uk again.

Wait until late
Ordered combination toilet and sink vanity units, bath, taps, sink waiste bath panel. Rang late morning to be told a driver would call 1 hour before delivery. No call at 2, 3, 4 pm. Called to check progress at 4.15 told, on their way. No show at 5.45. Rang to be told the delivery driver had come back to the depot with my order as the driver had to go home and they would not be delivering today. I complained and they finally brought my order out to me at 7.15 pm. Just a shame the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to call and decided he was running late and wouldn't deliver and nobody thought to let me know. All items I ordered were delivered and I am very happy with them. Would I order from Taps again, yes as their products were good quality. My delivery was badly organised with customer services not informing me of the progress of my delivery with myself having to ring up 4 times during the day. TAPS - fine. Delivery - rubbish

I would recommend taps.co.uk to you they emailed me every step of the way keeping me in touch with the progress of the delivery they also rang to arrange time to deliver and waited for 20 minutes for us to check the goods...i would use them again the vanity unit is high gloss and a high quality for a reasonable price with toilet to match.easy to install which my husband appreciated!

Excellent!
Basin unit arrived quickly, delivery driver helped to unpack and check over the vanity unit and basin. Wasn't sure what the quality would be like as such a good price but is really good and looks great, makes my bathroom very neat and tidy. Would definately use this company again.

TAP- Totally Amazing Perfect
Site was easy to use and good choice of taps. While waiting for my chosen tap I received lots of update emails as to the whereabouts and progress of my tap. I received the tap within the estimated delivery time, all was well with the package and all parts were present and correct. I would highly recommend Taps.co.uk to others, the only downfall was the fact that the tap did not come with a person to fit it.
I would use the site to purchase taps in the future- I'd tap that!

Great service - start to finish
I sourced a similar product from Tapsuk.com (part of the Utsumi Uk company)
The product was faulty on delivery, obvious assembley fault, eventually managed to return the product - their courier service was incredibly poor - I would never use TapsUk ever again!

I paid extra for a nextday delivery. At 4 pm the next day the wrong bath was delivered, this wasn't apparent until I tried to fit the feet. I informed customer services and they arranged for the correct bath to be delivered and the wrong bath to be collected. 24 hours later the correct bath turned up. The driver was a nice bloke who helped me carry the bath inside and then we packed the wrong bath onto the pallet for return, we carried the pallet out their lorry. He then said he didn't have the paperwork to collect it so after all that we carried it back into my propertyand drove off without it. So once again I had to phone customer services who then arranged for it to be collected the following day, so my saga lasted 3 days before every thing was as it should be. On the plus side the bath is lovely and the customer services people were nice, polite and helpful,they sorted out the problems quickly. Would I use this firm again? Maybe, I was just unlucky on that occasion.

Good Quality, Great Service
I ordered this shower mixer with overhead shower head which came next day as planned. The mixer is really heavy duty casting with very good quality chrome, and the head fits the bill too. so all in all a very good product which was far cheaper than similar kits on other sites. There were no instructions nor additional fittings, however my competent plumber easily worked it all out. Will certainly use Taps again.

Never Again
I placed an order on 20-1-13 for a bathroom suite, delivery within 3-5 days, i received an email to say it hadbeen processed and sent to the warehouse for picking that was on 21-1-13, so far so good, as i hadn't heard anymore from them on the 28th i contacted Taps for an update, i was told the heated towel rail was out of stock and the whole order had been put on hold, they hadn't BOTHERED to let me know, i ordered a replacement which would be delivered seperately on Wednesday 30th, (that arrived no problem) the bathroom would be delivered the next day, 29th i told them this wasn't suitable and asked for Wednesday. they told me this was fine, Tuesday morning i received a text from the delivery company stating they would deliver between 8 & 6 that day, i rang Taps and asked what was going on, they assured me delivery was Wednesday and the text was automatically sent, I went to work, at approx 11 am i received a tel call from the delivery to to say they had my bathroom for me, told the driver delivery was for Wednesday, Taps hadn't told them!! driver said it would be re-delivered next day, i waited in all day - NO DELIVERY, at 4pm i rang Taps for an explanation, they weren't aware of any problem!!, i spoke to [name removed]who told me she would sort out delivery for Thursday, i specifically asked for a pm delivery as my husband was in work in the morning, I received an email from [name removed]stating she had spoken to [name removed]at palletways and had rebooked for Thursday pm. At approx 9.40 am i received a call from the delivery man who said he was 20 mins away and would be with me about 10 am, when he arrived i told him i had asked for pm delivery as i was on my own, and that Taps had spoken to [name removed]and had arranged this for me, driver told me they didn't have anyone called [name removed]at their office!!! so just who did [name removed] speak to, but he couldn't have been more helpful, he carried the heavy items through to the back garden and put everything else by the front door for me. All in all a bad experience which i won't be in any hurry to repeat, not very good customer service.
