It’s the third time I buy from TASCHEN during their sales! I Usually buy from 10 to 20 titles every time! I haven’t had any kind of problem till now, all the ordered books has been delivered, they were all perfect despite the seller warned in the catalogue that some of them could have small imperfection.
Just one advice, make a better packaging using plastic bubbles material inside the cardboard box and not only paper!

Considering the pretty low prices of their books, the quality is insane. Thick paper, great image quality and colors, and really sturdy covers. The books feel like they’re built to last, and if stored properly, I’m sure they’ll hold up beautifully for years and years. They also have incredibly fast shipping. Cannot recommend Taschen enough! Love them!

Quality better than expected

Not a very good experience ! This item was delivered to the wrong address and I have absolutely no idea where to even start looking for it ! FedEx are uncooperative about this issue and I am extremely frustrated and angry that this has happened . The item was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband .

I've bought from Taschen before, and the shipping was always perfect. That's why I bought from them again, because I thought that even though the books were expensive, they would arrive in perfect condition, very well packaged. This time, that wasn't the case: my two books arrived in a flimsy box, and the larger (and more expensive) one arrived with damaged edges from heavy impacts because the box didn't protect it properly. I won't be buying again.

They shipped it out fast and the book itself is a work of art. Pictures don’t do it justice. The craftsmanship that went into this is top tier.

Great books, delivered safely without any damage.

I asked for a few days grace period before the delivery could be made and it was not accommodated. I had to urgently leave out of the country and there is no way I can pick up the package until the 15th. I have no idea if I went home to receive the package if the foul weather lately will get to it before I will. Such a small request was curtly refused

Great books, but poorly packed for shipping - not enough protection inside the packaging. The corners are bent and edges are dinged up. This has been an issue with the past few orders from Taschen and it's discouraging. Part of the appeal of having nice printed books like this is the condition, and these are getting to me in less than good condition. Please stop cheaping out on your packing materials, Taschen!
