I contribute every pay period only to…

I contribute every pay period only to have my money not even show up in my account. When I called to ask why I was told I had to pay back what I had used. A bunch of CROOKS! You're stole my money! My account has a 22.00 balance even though I haven't used it since April of this year and Im still contributing EVERY pay period! I will be reporting you thieves! You are the worst! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS RACKET!

RUN! Worst company EVER!

I'd give zero stars if that was a possibility. Without a doubt the worst company in the history of companies. They are lazy, rude, and change things without telling anyone.

claims consistently denied for no reason

In my two years of experience, 9 out of 10 requests got denied for no reason. I had to speak to customer service agents who could not read. Only when I asked for a supervisor to review my claim, was I able to have my claims approved. (Miraculously, with no reasons found for any denial).

Held Hostage

I would give them zero if possible. They are holding MY money hostage. My employer (former because I’m retired) decided to go with the cheapest HSA benefits admin. Medical bills to pay. Money left my bank account on July 24th. When I talked to CS they said the money was there however had a delay on it but couldn’t tell me why. Two days later, I speak with CS sup who gives me some canned answers and tells me TO JUST WAIT A LITTLE LONGER!!!! I hung up. Useless!! Complained to employer but not much they can do. I’m still waiting.

Do I have to give them 1 star

Do I have to give them 1 star? Many claims are flagged for "verification" unnecessarily. Documentation is deemed insufficient due to rigid and inflexible rules such as a receipt must have a "date of service." My reimbursement claim for contact lenses has been denied 4 times for failure to have a "date of service" (literally those words) for an online order of contacts. There is no date of service. The order was fulfilled and the contacts were mailed to me. TASC requires ins EOBs to prove you didn't overpay the provider. Keep all the colorful receipts stapled to your prescription bags. They need to be sure the $3.18 prescription from the pharmacy is legit. Will this benefit year please end already? Never will I ever sign up for FSA again if this is the company my employer uses.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I submitted a question via the site. When I requested written documentation so I could better understand what they were saying- the response was “I am the supervisor and this is the only way”. The conversation was ended without the ability for me to ask follow up questions.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most difficult FSA provider that I have experienced. Extremely poor customer service, antiquated web page, and difficult to get reimbursments. All of the invoices that they deny provide very vague descriptions for the error. You'll have to go round and round to get the invoice paid. You also have to google thier customer support phone number, there is no where on your account or the contact us page that provides a phone number. The only way to set up reimbursments other than their silly debit card is to use the app on the phone. You can't set this up or modify on thier website. This is a first seeing a website that has less informaiton, and fewer features than an app.

This is by far the worst FSA provider I…

This is by far the worst FSA provider I have ever dealt with in two decades of having FSAs. I plan to submit a complaint to my employer as well for switching us to TASC this year. I can only surmise that their business model is to deny claims and make it impossible to get them reimbursed so that they can get the leftover funds at the end of the year. I will not elect for an FSA again so long as TASC manages it. They deny claims with receipts, bills, and EOBs. I have to keep submitting documentation over and over for every single transaction. Even a simple doctor's office copay of $30 requires tracking down EOBs because the receipt with date and provider isn't sufficient. Just a horrible company all around.

Every interaction is frustrating

The online portal is so limited. I've used the "the support request" function but 3 times it has not worked. I've requested a form from customer service which they said they would email, that didn't happen, but luckily with a google search I found it. I have not had 1 interaction with this company that was positive. Now I'm trying to submit a form and it won't go through. Customer service just says try again tomorrow.

ZERO stars

ZERO stars. 1. Randomly, for no reason w/no forewarning, the card won’t work. 2. The agents are hard to understand & unable to resolve issues.
3. They deny reimbursements that have EVERY piece of information supplied. For example, recently they paid for one prescription & denied the next one, saying I am not in the system.
4. They hide behind their email system so they do not need to be accountable. Horrible company. They need to be put in check.

After 3 years of prompt payment and…

After 3 years of prompt payment and reimbursement with no hassles or excessive red tape TASC has changed their procedures in what to me is a clear attempt to lock away my funds so that I cannot use all the money in my account and they can keep the overage. They are demanding repeated 'verifications' of medical expenses from doctors' offices including demanding HIPPA violating diagnosis codes. Mind you these are from what are CLEARLY medical doctors' offices. They are denying bills that arrived past their cut-off date based on the date of SERVICE not the date of BILLING (since the medical practice can take months to finalize a bill, and Insurance can take months to process the bill, this is a clear attempt to avoid paying.)

Overlords of FSA

Overlords of FSA. They have added extra rules to what the federal tax code already deems is enough. They do this in an effort to make it hard for you to get your money. Why? So they can make money. They want you to use their card, shop at their store and to leave money in your account at the end of the year.

It is the worst

It is the worst! Optum closed my hsa acct 1/8/26 and sent check to TASC. It did not show on my TASC on 2/19/26. Customer service is no helpful at all. They told me it will take upto 8weeks.
Any transfer to investment takes 5 days, even my direct deposit takes 5 business days to show on my acct. Once there is less than 1000 in my cash acct. they well sell your investment. My institution deposit $550 on 3/31/26, today is 4/5/26, is still not in my tasc cash acct, because of there delay, my cash balance is not $1000, so they sold $250 of my investment without my permission. If TASC deposit my monthly contribution in a timely manner, my cash balance will meet the threshold. This company is the worst ever.

Do Not Sign Your Company Up for TASC Services

The only thing worse than their customer service is the experience trying to cancel. Do not sign your Company up for their services. After years of terrible customer service and a portal that is technologically behind, my Company made the decision to move to another FSA and POP provider. I submitted my initial cancellation request 11/25 via their support tickets, a follow up in March via the portal support ticket and via letter in the US Mail. I just spent over an hour on the phone on 4/3. I am still not cancelled. I told the supervisor I was speaking to that there is a clear paper trail and I needed her to help me today cancel these plans. She stated she could not help me, that the only path was to complete the TASC forms and submit via portal support tickets. This means I am at least 5 IT Support tickets away from getting our plans cancelled and our FSA roll over money out. Mind you, TASC will take 1-2 weeks to respond to a ticket and it's often a question, not a resolution and their portal is frustrating to navigate to try and find your ticket. When I asked her if this path sounded ridiculous to her she stated "I am sorry you are frustrated. This is the process."

They lose faxes that were confirmed as received

I got fax confirmation 2/5/26 for a faxed reimbursement request for the prior calendar year. I never got the check after 2 months, so I called to check in on the request on 4/3/26 and was told there was no evidence of my fax (despite my fax confirmation). I was also told I had just missed the 4/1/26 deadline by 2 days to submit claims for prior year, so now I can not re-fax or re-submit, so they keep that money and too bad for me.
