The worst purchase I have ever done, in my entire life

(Almost all your 5* reviews, you got because of quick delivery, but all your 1* reviews is because of the terrible product you sell)

Tempur Pro Plus SmartCool
I have never slept this bad in my entire life.

Never buy from Tempur, they forgot the word comfort and changed it to profit.

I bought it in Drømmeland in Denmark, and even after I had the softness changed to Soft, it is still feels like laying on a hard surface, despite my body sinking, but not my head. The one I tried in the store felt wastly different and it felt like different type of mattress.
I have had this mattress for almost a year and it is as hard and compact as the day i received it.

Tempur don't have the standard 100-day "try-out" periode, and their so-called "Smartcool" only works for about 30-60 min. where you freeze, and then they lose effect and becomes warmer then any other bed I have ever slept on.

Tempur used to have great products, unfortunately it os a lot more lucrative to sell trash for a fortune, when people buy the name more then the product.

I have bought tempur pillow

I have bought tempur pillow
The pillow has lost virtually all of its support and firmness within a month!
to the point where it feels as if I have nothing under my head when sleeping. This rapid deterioration is particularly disappointing as your product description specifically highlighted that the pillow is “filled with original TEMPUR® micro-pillows” that would “adapt precisely to your head, neck and shoulders for optimal comfort and support.”

It is not sure to us which pillow you have or if you bought it in Denmark.

Our pillows need maintenance regularly if you want the foam to stay fluffy. But loss of support within a month sounds like something isn't right. We would advice you to contact the shop or retailer where you bought the pillow and make a claim.

Excelent Service & Matress

Excelent service! We chose the TEMPUR®️ Topper PRO Plus Smartcool er en 200 x 180 x 8 cm Medium density. It is excellent as well. We couldn't be happier! Many thanks to all involved!
