Do NOT put your card details into this website. It is a complete trap designed to deceive you.
I took what I thought was just a quick, fun online IQ test. To download the final results, the site asked for a tiny fee of €0.10 (billed as two €0.05 charges). The result was a completely fake, useless PDF certificate with an absurdly high score that makes no sense.
Less than 24 hours later, they automatically charged my card €49.90 for a hidden recurring subscription that was buried in fine print.
When I emailed customer support demanding a refund for this unauthorized charge, they used delay tactics and hid behind deceptive terms, claiming I had "already used the service. And that it could not be fully refunded due to service-related costs paid to third-party providers" It took multiple emails of fighting back just to get a 50% partial refund. They still effectively stole €25 from me for a fake test result and a subscription trap I never wanted.
This company uses illegal, deceptive billing practices and dark patterns to trick people out of their money. Save your time and protect your bank account, avoid this site at all costs!!!!
Stay away!!
Stay away!!! Scamers! First they charge you 0.10 and the next day its 49.90 Euro.
Horrible
Horrible, scammed, they didn't reply to my refund mail for 1 week as a EU resident
Scammers, hidden subscription
My daughter just had a 30 euro payment to these scammers. Yes, she did do the test and probably agreed to pay 1 euro for the results, which became a 1 euro/day subscription.
SCAM.
SCAM.
I replied the first charged canceling subscription back in May but they have ignored me charging me June 49.90 euros and July another 49.90 euros and they do not give me a refund. I guess I have to go to my bank to start my complain with the proof of my e mails. They have the canceling subscription e mails but they are trying to negotiate with me offering 50% refund and the membership. I responded that I do not have any interest in them and that I am waiting for my refund. Just the attitude they have makes me question this company.
Careful with this company.
It's a scam!!!
It's a scam!!!! Paid €0.10 for the MBTI test results and my bank account was suddenly charged €49.90 the next day for a "pro" subscription all the sudden!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT FELL FOR IT LIKE I DID!!!!!! Now I am doing a charge back and hopefully can get my money back.
Signed up for the wrong assessment tier…Wrong size guide ruined my experience
Signed up for the wrong assessment tier because their sizing guide for test levels is completely misleading. I emailed support three times before anyone responded, and by then my registration window had closed. No refund, no flexibility. TestIQs lost a paying customer over something so easily avoidable. Absolutely furious.
Hooks you with a 0.10€ purchase
Hooks you with a 0.10€ purchase, which turns into a 50€/month subscription that is very hard to cancel!

i payed 10 cents for a mbti test result and they charged me 50 euro the next day!!! scam
SCAM
a scam. I was doing a MBTI test it said it cost 10 cents. The next day unknowingly they took 50€ from me. I tried to email them, they keep saying that I can request a refund. I’ve sent many emails but they’ve ignored the latest ones. I threatened with legal action, still sending emails to give me a refund
Update: i got a full refund after profusely asking for one.
Axecomusical is a Fake Test Scam
This site is a big scam. They trick you with a 0.10 euros test. Then they secretly charge you 49.90 euros a month. The charge appears on your bank app as a company named Axecomusical.
If you ask for your money back, they send bot replies. If you mention your bank, they will ask for a picture of your bank app to see if you really opened a dispute. Once they see the picture, they offer a 50 percent refund and lie that a bank dispute takes 6 months. Do not accept their offer!
Tell your bank to open the dispute. When the bank contacts them, they will refund all your money immediately to avoid fines from Visa and Mastercard.
scam, run away
I paid 10 centimes for a result that came with a hidden subscription costing 50 euros a month—you should be ashamed of yourselves
Clear scam
Clear scam, appears to charge only 10 cent for the results but you actually get signed up for 10 cents a day subscription...the results weren't even accurate completely not even close to what I answered
Scam: unauthorised subscription
Lure you into a massively overpriced subscription, by masking the subscription as a small one-time payment. Has ‘scam’ written all over it. Companies such as this are a disgrace.

Update1:
Finally they responded, a human response, they offered to refund me 50%, but I'm still trying to get a full refund, they said that they submitted to a higher manager, but it's taking up to 7 days, I'm pressing them to get it quicker.
Update2:
I got a full refund, you have to threaten them that you will go and take legal action, if not, they will show you some t&c.
