The Cheesecake Factory Reviews 

My mother went to The Cheesecake Factory yesterday. The party she was with for lunch tried to order the salmon. They were out. She tried to order a veggie burger. They were out. She ended up ordering a mexican dish and ended up with cyclospora. The management has been more than rude when addressing the concerns.

I love the Cheesecake Factory, I go there almost every time during a celebration / event. The customer service is great, the cheesecake is great, however the food is hit or miss. The dishes that are served with rice are not so good because the rice are like mini pebbles in your mouth. It could be just the location I’m in though.

Horrible experience at The Cheesecake Factory. We waited an hour and a half for our food, which is completely unacceptable. We ordered nachos as a starter and pasta as our main course, but the wait was ridiculously long.

The customer service from our waiter, Luigee, was extremely disappointing. There was very little attention to our table, and the overall service was pathetic.

The nachos were honestly the worst nachos I’ve ever had—bland, disappointing, and definitely not worth the price. The pasta was also not worth the long wait.

Overall, a terrible dining experience from start to finish. Extremely poor service, an unacceptable wait time, and disappointing food. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this location

went while i was in the us on exchange. food was okay - not amazing, not bad, about what i expected. portions are enormous for me, everyone warns you about it and it still catches you off guard. worth going once for the experience, and the cheesecake is the part that lives up to the name!

We ate yesterday at Willow Grove PA cheesecake factor.
The waiter was horrible you could barely hear him he talks so soft.
He never offered more drinks.
My food was burnt. They said before they brought it out so they made another steak dinner and when they brought it the steak was still kind of burnt.
In my asparagus was so hard I couldn't eat it. I asked for new and when they brought it it was packed up to go cause we were eating dessert by that time.
Several other waiters had the wait
on us and manager.
We never did really see our main waiter.
And he wasn't friendly at all so he got a horrible tip. I don't think we'll ever be back. It took forever to even get our check they were so slow.
In another waiter had to bring our check to.
We had to flag him down. We never saw our main waiter much it was bad.

I recently visited your Wesley Chapel location ….well let’s see…service was terrible…took 45 minutes to get our meals…of which was cold …and hard…our server was chitchatting away couldn’t get attention….fries came separately 10 minutes later hard and dry …couldn’t eat them…had to ask for water…ask for onions..ask for napkins….by this time we just wanted to get the hell out of there…5 star my nothing…big disappointment

This was my absolute first time experience at the cheesecake factory, well it is nothing to write home about me and my daughter, had appetizers, she got the calamari, and I ordered the nachos, her calamari was not the best and the nachos came out burnt on the chips they put in oven and it was very hard when trying to eat it , sent it back and the waitress ask me if I want to order something else, so I ordered the cheese burger egg rolls, it was the nasty thing I have ever eaten in my life I sent that back, and the only thing I had is the tropical ginger drink, that to me was the best thing to me and it did not have alcohol in it, so I ordered a strawberry cheese cake slice , please none of it is good don't waste your hard earned money on that crap called cheese cake factory

The food was mediocre nothing to brag about. I don't know why people go so crazy about it. Not the worse I have had but don't think I would go back.

Very disappointing to receive food that is nowhere near what it says on the menu. ordered the vodka spicy rigatoni .was supposed to come with pancetta bacon, cherry tomatoes neither could be found on my plate. after waiting for 30 minutes to receive it .I sent it back all the management could say was sorry. Would you like us to cook another one? I was like no I don’t wanna wait another 30 minutes .my wife’s already done her meal.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time !! The service is always on point & the food is to die for !! Was a little disappointed the chicken I usually ordered is no longer on the menu but the Madeira Chicken is just as amazing 😋😋

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. The menu is genuinely overwhelming in the best way there's something for absolutely everyone, from indulgent pastas to fresh, lighter options, and every dish tastes like it's actually made with care rather than mass-produced.

The portions are generous without feeling excessive, and the flavors are consistently spot-on. And of course, the cheesecake itself is the real star, rich, creamy, and available in more flavors than you could try in a year. We ended up debating between three different slices and honestly couldn't go wrong with any of them.

Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between lively and comfortable, great for a casual hangout or a special occasion alike.

Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, this is one of those restaurants that somehow lives up to the hype every single time. Highly recommend!

No brown bread, even though others had some. Every time we ordered our waiter came back and said they were out . No mash potatoes, no green enchiladas, no
the mac & cheese gross. The California came back super small stuffed with the topping from the meatloaf, it was gross. It was 25 for a tiny egg with meatloaf sauce, gross. We were comped for two meals but no reason as to why they were out of everything. A huge bill and the food was not good, actually my 15 yr old can cook better.

I have thought this posting for a while but decided to do it. I visited The Cheesecake Factory in Franklin, Tennessee on Sunday July 12 for my grandsons birthday. I was so excited to visit them but it was the worsest experience with both service and food. We were a party of 8 and it was at 530 so yes they were busy but first the service we got our drinks then waited 30 minutes while he talked to another waiter shooting the cramp, lots of laughing. He finally walked our way and then turned around prompting me to holler. I thought he was coming for our order. I got only 1 refill at the end of the meal. He would come to the tables in front of us, could easily toward around to check on us, then would turned around and walk away. He brought water to people and 2 people at our table needed water. I had to flag him done for refills for everyone 2 times. He never checked on us after our food came except to ask if we was ready for cheesecake and when we said no he was shocked, but there was a Cookie Cake from Great American Cookie Company in the center of the 2 tables. There is so much more I could say but I won't. As for the food I got 2 appetizers, the Cheesy Crab Dip which was dry as a bone. I saw no cheese and could see individual strands of crab. The second was Taquitos that I couldn't eat. The chili sauce was too hot for my mouth. I told him and he didn't offer me anything else. Chicken Parmesan looked nothing like Chicken Parmesan, mashed potatoes were bland and cold. Positive note corn good but not really warm. Like I said I was very disappointed cause we live at least 1 hr 45 minutes away from our nearest in Knoxville, Tennessee.

If I could leave no stars I would. We have been so looking forward to visiting Cheesecake Factory again and deliberately left it until the last night of our holiday to go. After waiting an hour and a half on a table, we were seated. We ordered sodas and waited 45 minutes before anyone took our order. After fifteen minutes, the waitress returned to say that one of the dishes we had ordered was unavailable. Our 6 year old daughter still hadn’t been given her apple juice in this time. When the food arrived, both pasta dishes were cold but there was no server around to ask for a replacement, and to be honest, we were far too hungry, that we started to eat the food. The waitress returned with the apple juice and we told her the pasta was cold and she said the kitchen was really busy. The manager appeared and said she would take the price of one pasta off the bill. Then we noticed that my daughter’s slider was completely raw in the middle. She’s 6 and hadn’t said anything but we noticed half way through how uncooked it was. The waitress said the manager would also remove this but we received no apology and the manager didn’t even come back out to speak to us. We explained that we had been so looking forward to the trip as we had been previously and we were so disappointed this time around. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to order our much anticipated cheesecake and we were so upset with the service, food quality and wait times.

The food was not seasoned as it used to be. I got chicken Maderina that shouldn’t have any omelet or any egg at all and I found that chicken was covered in a crust of omelet, which could be because the cook used the same skillet for another plate that had eggs. I am so disappointed of the quality of food I got and it’s not worth any of my money. The waiter was okay but despite of us complaining he didn’t really do anything.

What happened to the food at this place ? I don’t know who cooked our brunch but it was awful. Absolutely disgusting , I used to love it…

Waitress was nice , and was so looking forward to eating my eggs Benedict , as I haven’t been there in years due to covid etc.

NOTHING BUT SALT, GOOPY GROSS TASTING SALT TONS OF IT. THE CANADIAN BACON , TONS OF SALT, THE HOLLANDAISE, NOTHING BUT SALT.. THE EGGS .. SALT IT WAS GROSS.I WAS TRYING TO BE POLITE , BUT COULD NOT EAT THE SECOND EGG, MUFFIN.. THE SIDE OF XTRA H SAUCE , WAS COLD AND GROSS,. THE HOME-FRIES, WERE HARD Over SEASOND FROZEN CRAP..IT WAS AWFUL.. I was shocked totally shocked and extremely disappointed .. .

Waitress asked if I wanted a box to take it home.. I politely said no thank you.
My husbands French toast was two pieces of bread, cut diagonally, period.. for 16-17,00..slapped on a plate.
Thats it.
It was the worst food I’ve ever eaten …I left the waitress a $ 7.00 tip after paying 41 dollars on my gift card.
I just left and decided to never go back

Horrible time - the steak fries I ordered had lukewarm steaks, twice! Also, keeping in mind that the steak is supposed to be had with the fries, it was incredibly small, like 5 times. Forgot to give me a steak knife, like, 5 times. Dismissive bartenders. One seat at the bar had uncomfortably little space behind me for sooooooo many customers going to the restroom so close behind me, especially during soccer. Had the saltiest, driest, most lukewarm chicken in chicken pasta. It was disgusting

I love cheese cake and had to visit the cheese cake factory location in vegas. I tried the strawberry cheese cake and I'm in love. I came in with my family and they ordered several other cheese cakes as well and they were all amazing too. The only reason I've taking 1 star off is that the wait to get in and then the wait to order took over an hour. If they had more staff, it would have been more pleasant for guests.
