Tickets ordered. Received an email who they were ready for dispatch giving an estimated time for delivery, and then a confirmation email after they'd been delivered.

Couldn't deliver as I was at work

The delivery man put me at ease when I said ' this looks interesting' by saying its nothing bad I only deliver tickets, gifts etc. Quick service. Thank you

Terrible Service

Letter from company saying they couldn't deliver passport as no one home - lies! Arranged next day delivery by answering a recording service. No one turned up. Tried phoning 17.05 No one answers phone even though company open until 6pm. Had to contact Passport Office who gave company tel. no. Said they would deliver that day .Eventually a different company courier arrived with passport. Wouldn't comment on DX but expression said all!
Why does a Gov. Dept. deal with such a company when dealing with important documents. Wouldn't deal with them myself or recommend to anyone

Terrible service

Had a text saying that delivery failed at home address. Rearranged delivery to work address and paid extra to have item delivered between 9-1. Courier did not arrive. Checked website and tracking showed that my item was delivered. I rang the company and was told that my parcel was delivered to myself and that I had shown my bank card as proof of ID. Complete lies! Customer services kept saying they could not get hold of the courier. Courier then later showed up and gave my item to my work receptionist without asking for any ID! Really safe considering he was delivering my new passport!

Customer services claim that an "error" with the courier's handheld computer meant it was logged as delivered when it wasn't. Complete rubbish! Courier obviously logged as delivered as he was late and outside the time I'd paid extra to have delivery. Customer services were completely useless. Agreed to refund delivery charges only after I asked several times and customer service adviser couldn't have sounded less interested if he'd tried! I've asked to make a formal complaint which the adviser seemed to find amusing but promised I would hear back about but I won't hold my breath.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Superfast!

Received a text on the Wednesday to say my One Direction tickets would be delivered within 5 working days....received them THE VERY NEXT DAY! Extremely impressed :D

First Class service, I must have been first on the list!

After receiving notification of the delivery date of my James Blunt concert tickets being between 9.00am and 5.00pm I was a little concerned that I would have to wait in all day. However I was very pleased to have them delivered promptly at 9.00am. Excellent!

Fantastic customer service.

Myself and partner were awaiting a delivery on her passport which was expected on Thursday 14th November 2013, we were due to fly out Friday 15th Nov 2013 at 13.50pm. The delivery never materialised on that day, this was due to miss information of delivery options by the Embassy. Who never gave us the option to collect ourselves, even though that option is avaliable and would of been more convenient as we live 20 mins away.
After Frantic phone calls from 7am on the flight day and being redirected to DX delivery. We were extremely fortunate to speak to Nikala at DX, who i can only describe a our Angel sent from heaven. She went far beyond her call of duty and managed to arrange for us to pick up the passport from their London branch. We managed to check in with 10mins left before the Departure gate was closed.
Thanks to Nikala's exemply actions we got to have our first holiday together.

24 hours late but that was the driver's fault

My parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday but it wasn't.
Decided to get in touch with DX via Facebook as the line was busy.
Got a response this morning. Sent an email with my details and tracking info.
Had a phone call back this morning saying to call a .... number.
So rang it and thankfully it was answered within 30 seconds. Spoke to a nice lady who said she will sort it out and someone will call me back. Had a call 20 mins later. The lady apologised and said the parcel will be with me before 1.30PM. Reason why it wasn't delivered yesterday was that the driver couldn't find my location.
Got my parcel by 1PM today, the driver was lost so rang me for directions. He could of done that yesterday too but I guess he didn't have my number.
I can't fault DX customer services as they were helpful, polite and sorted my issue quickly. I can only fault the driver.

Arrived very quickly, no problems.

I ordered concert tickets for my daughter. The tickets were delivered as promised just 24 hours after the email was sent. No problems, very satisfactory service.
