Having ordered an item on a Saturday, I didn't expect to receive the item until the middle/end of the week. Imagine my surprise when it arrived on Monday! So full marks for both company and DX . I am lucky that I can have things delivered to me at work, so I don't have to wait in. Based on this experience, I would rate DX very highly.
I had trouble with my delivery as I was out when they were first delivered, when I rang back the number, I was accused of my house having no number on it, or being 'tucked away' when it is numbered and clear on a main street - which was acknowledged when it actually was delivered. This rearranged my delivery for the next day, which I made arrangements to be at home all day to wait for it, expecting it between 9-5, nothing showed up, I wasted my whole day, and my tickets were finally delivered at 7.15pm, interrupting my evening after wasting my day. I'm glad to have the tickets finally, but a very disappointing first impression from this company.
Well recommended this site , my girlfriend is so so fussy ! So am I because she likes me to like her things too ! So to mega fussy people basically ! We love the things on this site ! Classy & don't look tarty ;')

I received the tracking number from Fishtec and tracked the item, delivery scheduled for Monday, waited in, no delivery. Looked on the web site which reported that the item had been delivered. Escalated this by email, received a response that no it had not been delivered, and would be done on Tuesday. Waited in, no delivery despite being assured by email that it would arrive. Looked on web site which said delivery had been attempted and card left (a blatant lie). Angrily I emailed them again and escalated to the sender of the package(Fishtec). The sender assured me that DX would deliver on Wed. Waited in , again no delivery, Sent emails to DX but no response, emailed sender who escalated it to DX. When I was out on Thursday received a phone message from DX asking me to ring back , which I did twice, Both times no answer. DX had then emailed the sender saying I had not rung back but would schedule delivery for Friday. DX have not responded to my last few emails and I sit here Friday still waiting for the delivery. I receive packages from delivery companies all the time and DX are without doubt the worst I have experienced. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
My wife is currently awaiting a vitally urgent document. We weren't in so card left but the tracking number is not recognised, either on the website or the 0844 (5p per min!) phone number that they gave. My wife was trying to call customer services all day to speak to a PERSON but with no luck. Not impressed. I have emailed the email@example.com address given in reply to other complaints so will see what response we get. I'm writing this at 4am because I cannot sleep!
For the purposes of the DX people my email to you was entitled DX*******0GB not recognised - URGENT. From Richard L. Looking forward to a prompt response so you can possibly recover some stars on this post!
HM Passport Office use DX Delivery to send out UK passports. We were waiting for a passport for our new born son who we were taking on holiday 2 days later. The first thing we knew about the delivery being unsuccessful was when we received an automated message on our landline asking us to reschedule. Despite the delivery being due that day, the courier never bothered to ring the doorbell or leave a card, but instead just logged the delivery as failed. It's an absolute joke that the UK passport office use this company for such an important document.
i ordered a jumpsuit from boohoo for next day delivery. only for DX to say they had tried to deliver it!!! which was clearly a lie as i was in a llll day waiting for my delivery. No contact was made at all, i only found out that they "tried" to deliver it but checking the website.
I received an email to say that DX had attempted to deliver my tickets to my home address and that a card had been left as I was not at home. ( No card was left ) I contacted DX online and made arrangements for redelivery, this time to my work address. The date given to me was Tuesday 18th Feb. This day came and went but no sign of my tickets. The following day, Wednesday 19th, I rang to ask where they were, was given an apology and was assured that they would be delivered that day. Surprise surprise still no tickets. Thursday 20th, Guess What ? Still no tickets. I waited till almost 5 o'clock on Friday 21st before phoning DX again and was told that they were definitely going to be delivered that day until the girl on the phone realised the time and had to admit that delivery was extremely unlikely, or as she put it "not going to happen". By this time, and I am trying to show some restraint with my language, I was totally pissed off. I then made arrangements to collect them myself the following Monday as the concert is in April and was sure that if I waited for DX to deliver them I would be sure to miss it. I do hope I never have the misfortune to have to deal with this company again.
We're not in during the day so constantly missing deliveries. Why not just let us have it sent elsewhere!? We don't even know what the delivery is.
Appreciate that delivery address may be restricted by sender, but it would at least be useful to confirm this by speaking to someone on the phone... or just tell us when it's arriving that day... or let us collect it from somewhere. Never had this problem with anyone else.
Waited in all day yesterday for letter to be delivered. No delivery. Called today and as told delivery was attempted but no one was in and a card was left. Well no delivery was attempted and no card was left. So now I have to take another day and wait in for letter to be delivered. Terrible terrible service.
Apparently, delivery of my package was 'unsuccessful' today. When I enter my tracking number on the website it tells me that I need to rearrange delivery. When I try to do this, it tells me that my tracking number is incorrect!!!! I'm trying to call customer service but I was put on hold for nearly 40 minutes (on 0844 number) before i gave up...
This is not the first time i have difficulties with this company.. I wish organisations/ government agencies find an alternative to this terrible company. It may be secure but far from reliable.
