Very Comprehensive and listened to all my needs and concerns. Gave me confidence that at last I would have aids that meet my needs. You get what you pay for and past 15 minute tests from other practitioners did not give good results.
Hoping follow up sessions will fine tune the aids for even better experience with speech in noise.

The clinic was easy to find and was bright and clean. The lady on reception was so welcoming and knowledgeable and made the booking process easy. I wanted to see Brigitte Harley as I know she is such an expert and is always up to date with current technology.

Travelled down from Darlington for the weekend and forgot my hearing aid charger, called in and spoke to Louise who was very helpful, offered to charge my hearing aids whistle I went for a coffee, called back an hour later and collected them, thank you Louise you definitely saved the day, would highly recommend this store, great service and super friendly
