Like others on here will tell you ( at least the ones who are REAL PEOPLE!). I ordered a juicer from this site after stumbling upon Kitchen Deal via google. What a sham. After weeks of nothing after my item was marked "awaiting shipment" I thought i would reach out and see what the hold up was and if the company had anything to tell me.
Next thing I know my item has suddenly shipped so I felt kinda guilty for "jumping the gun and putting some pressure" UNTIL..... the tracking # they gave me was for an item being sent to New Jersey. I live in Seattle. Go figure.
Another week goes by and still no juicer, after BIZARRE emails, no phone number, a fake address, and dozens of reviews telling me I managed to get caught up in a seriously deep rooted fraudulent website, I realized I would never see that juicer.
Not only did i file a claim w/ Paypal...But I reported them to the IC3 Unit of the FBI. FTC is next. As consumers we all need to get behind shutting companies like this DOWN....we all work hard for our money, if that's not worth protecting from heartless thieves I don't know what is.
First off, this is a terrific website. Second, we had a very odd experience with these people, as our Juicer was allegedly shipped to NJ instead of Seattle, WA.... and then we could never get ahold of anyone and when confronted they responded with a generic email. The Kitchendeal Mar 6 (2 days ago) to me Hi Customer, What will we do for you? Thank you. ******** We called PayPal, got our money back and I made a short film for YouTube and Vimeo! http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2013/03/kingcast-agents-86-and-99-and-paypal.html http://youtu.be/xzQdbjpQzi4
I returned an item to theKitchendeal.com and verified that it was received by them via UPS tracking. After 10 days of no acknowledgment I sent an email requesting when my refund would be posted. To their credit within 2 days they gave me a store credit and not a full refund. The package was unopened and returned within 3 days of my receiving the item so there is no reason for store credit. Their return policy states that they will provide a full refund and nowhere does it state that store credit will be given instead. I sent two emails to them requesting a refund and not store credit and did not receive any reply from them. After 10 days of no response I finally had to open a complaint with Paypal who verified that the item was returned and got a credit that way.
I ordered a Keurig from this company at an almost too good to be true price! Very excited when 3 days later it arrived at my door. Threw me off because the item was shipped from macys and was in a macys box? Had a receipt in the box for way more than I payed and the billing address was somewhere in Turkey! I called paypal to report this and it seams this company takes orders and purchases what you order using a stolen credit card and has it shipped to you. I suspect that they get credit cards from people who don't use paypal on their website. I was protected and paypal said I'm covered. I got what I wanted at an awesome price, but at what cost to someone else? Weirder than that was several days later I received another keurig. Same thing again! Shipped in a macys box only the billing info this time was someone in Lubbock, TX. The only thing that really concerns me is if it looks like I'm the guy using stolen credit cards to order things for myself. Either way this company cannot be legit. It has FRAUD written all over it!
The only reason I ordered from here was they accepted PayPal, and I'm glad for at least that. Anyway, I ordered an item after Google Shopping took me to the site. After getting the generic "thank you" messages it moved to "awaiting shipping" and didn't ship the first day. Because I never shopped here before I followed the review site and realized that they are cherry picking the reviews shown and were not showing the slew of negatives. I emailed them through the site asking status with no response. I then initiated a PayPal claim which immediately escalated (perhaps there is a trend here?) Shortly after the PayPal claim, they marked my order as "refunded", although they did not refund my money. I'm just hoping that PayPal gets the money back to me. For anybody considering this site, stay away... stay *far* away.
I bought a $279 mixer from thekitchendeal.com. They didn't ship my item, so I emailed them, and was ignored. So I filed a Paypal complaint, and they first changed my order status to refunded, then they gave me a tracking number. The day the item was to be delivered, they contacted the shipper and had it returned to them. I contacted PayPal when I saw the status change on the UPS website, and had my money refunded immediately. They do not list a phone number, and they are not located in the mall they say they are located in. There seem to be multiple emails for the company from PayPal and their website. They also use EnQuickDeal@gmail.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
TheKitchenDeal.com took my order and payment for a $239 Juicer, was not able to deliver within more than 18 business days (25 calendar days). I called PayPal, who opened a dispute with the vendor, which will take another 10 business days before my potential refund. Best case, TheKitchenDeal has tied up my funds for approximately 40 calendar days, with nothing to show for it but frustration.
I would not recommend working with this company, unless you can get some type of assurance they will delivery according to their agreements (5-15 business days). It will be difficult to get assurance, as they do not have a phone number listed, and are very sporadic at answering emails.
My advice: Pay a few extra buck working with Amazon or some other reputable company, and perhaps save yourself a lot of grief.
Ordered a Dyson vacuum on January 6th. Still have not received it. All emails have gone unanswered. No phone number for the company. Suspect fraud. Have submitted claim against them through Paypal for refund.
I found a 7 quart mixer for the price of a 5 quart mixer-- couple hundred dollars difference. It showed up totally fine, and I'm thrilled.... it did have some Macy's packaging on it, so I'm not sure how that worked out.... ..some sort of over-stock automatic market? I have no idea, but I got my mixer at a great price.
price is the best plus shipping is the super fast with free shipping. i am really happy with this deal. i bought breville 800blxl through this web site. i thought price is also lowest among other web site. i bought on dec 20th 2012. they shipped next day with 2nd day shipping method. so i can receive this before christman eve.
The appliance that I bought could be found at several stores for even double the price. I was actually skeptical at first, and worried that I would have a problematic transaction to unravel, but all went well, and no complaints what-so-ever. thank you
Absolutely no customer service. Not even a phone number. An email address is provided but why bother. You won't ever get a reply. I had to turn to the PayPal resolution center to get a refund due to such lack of response to my emails. I seriously suspected fraud.
