This company solved a problem with our bay window in one phone call.

We had a large bay window in our new, old house, which came with the wrong fittings, meaning we could barely draw the curtains every night. Local shops could not provide the long length of poles required, or the correct corner pieces. Confused, I rang the Poles Company, was able to speak to a very helpful man, and he advised me exactly what I needed to get to sort the problem out. The items required to complete the whole job came as one package. The quality is brilliant, and they look good. Still enjoy pulling the curtains at night now!

I ordered a pole for eyelet curtains from the Poles Company. I chose glass finials. Unfortunately when the finials arrived one of them had broken in transit. I contacted The Poles Company who were very apologetic and promised that I would receive replacement finials the next day. Sure enough the finials arrived the next day intact.
The Poles Company were extremely courteous and reassuring and resolved the problem immediately.

Prompt and efficient service

I wanted to buy a couple of curtain poles but wanted to verify a couple of things prior to purchasing. I received a very prompt, polite & helpful reply to my email enquiry and received the poles on the second day after placing the order. The outer packaging on the poles was slightly damaged but the poles arrived safely.

Great company service!

My double curtain pole came the next day which was great as I could hang up my new curtains immediately. It was very well packaged, and the instructions were clear and easy. I also ordered extra curtain rings as recommended for pencil pleat curtains. My curtains are quite wide (3 metre pole) so I positioned my side brackets well away, about 25 cm to create rooms for stacking. Happy with my purchase.

They got on with the job straight away.

Items as requested arrived in a couple of days. I thought that the postage at the initial ordering was a bit high but I paid it anyway because I needed the items which I could not find in 2 well known department stores. They e-mailed me 2 days later saying that because the package was small they had overcharged me the postage, and kindly re-imbursed me. I thought that that was a decent thing to do, and I was a bit surprised.

Pole for 4 bend bay

I spent ages looking for a reasonably priced good looking pole for our main sitting room. I came across this company and after supplying the measurements an ideal pole was delivered, exactly to specifications. Easy to fit and looks great - also very speedy service.

Very impressive service - poles apart.

The web site was easy to follow - even for me - the delivery was amazing - ordered by 10am and delivered by 12 noon the following day. Everything was going well until one of the brackets refused to tighten up properly - I may need to have a new bracket delivered if the problem cannot be sorted. All in all the poles look nice but I wouldn't go for an extendable one in the future, however, I feel they are good value for the money.

I have used the Poles Company twice. The first was for poles for three windows in the same room, one was a bay window. I input my measurements and received helpful reply and suggestions. Recently I have purchased two poles for another room. They came the next working day. I would use the company again if I need any more curtain fixings.

Wow these guys are really great

I ordered from this site because of the great reviews, and they were not wrong. I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size curtain rings with the pole and they called me to double check. Most companies would have just sent them anyway and left me with the problem of sending them back. The guy was really helpful and couldn't do enough. The poles arrived the next day. Great service and really impressed - a breath of fresh air.

After struggling to match existing curtain pole sets in our (old) house what a relief to find The Poles Company who list extactly what we needed. Very impressed that Michael emailed and attempted to contact by phone to check on our order in case we had made a mistake.
