Great service and ties
The ties looked even better when we received them than they looked on the website. The service was great too. We choose the super saver shipping and we still received our ties in 4 days.

Dear Sir: I'm so glad that I found you. You have all the ties I could ever dream of.Wheater it be for a professional,or myself. I ordered the eye doctors tie,he is an ophthalmologist,and loves crazy,and different ties. He called me that evening,and thanked me,for the tie. He just LOVES it.The fabrics,styles are current,update,and the price is right. Thank you very much for your wonderfull company. It is what I am looking for
My husband told me he did not have a valentines type of tie. I was looking for something that went with the theme. I love the type of tie that I bought for him. I did not want to wait for the one that I really wanted to get him, so I got him a different tie and I like it as much as the one that I really wanted to get him.

Just what I needed

GREAT ELECTRONIC TIE RACK MODEL TR2 - & WHAT A SERVICE!!!
Just received the electronic tie rack Model TR2. It is like a Space Ship - elegant and easy to install and operate. The Customer Service was superb, very easy to order, the video demo was particularly impressive, and the delivery time - oh! Wow! Can't be beat. Great company to do business with.

Recieved the ties in quick timing
I ordered matching ties for my wedding. They arrived quickly and as pictured. The only complaint is that i said yes to the free tie boxes that they offered, but didn't recieve any.

Spectacular service and stellar products!
I was needing some unique ties along with a volumous tie organizer for my boyfriend. Not only was I able to find an assortment of tie racks, but the selection of ties in so many designs was amazing! The ties I got are fly
I ordered ties for my son to wear to basketball games. When I received the fly looking ties I wrapped them and gave them to him for Christmas. He loved the ties. They are perfect for his games. We are totally satisfied and will be looking to order more.

Great selection and superb customer service
I ordered several Christmas ties for my dad before Christmas. I received someone else's order instead of my own a week later. I contacted the customer service and they sent my new package immediately and told I didn't have to return the original ties to the store which was a big plus.

Ooooo nice tie!
I was recommended this site by a coworker. I may be a girl but I love a nice tie. I first ordered two ties for my boyfriend. Then this past Christmas for a friend. I loved the colors and designs available, but the only thing is the ties seemed really long. Much longer than store bought. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. I love how they provide tracking numbers when you order. Definitely plan on ordering more ties in the future.

Respectful and timely customer service
I ordered 3 ties after hearing about ties.com from a Groupon/Living Social Deal. They each came via mail within the expected time frame and were carefully packaged. One tie ended up having a blemish on the front when I received it. I snapped a picture and sent it off to the customer service line and within a few hours had a response that they had sent me a new tie and I should proceed to donate the second tie to Goodwill. It was a nice surprise and easy to handle as opposed to sending it back, waiting for the re-shipment etc.
I give them a +5 star for service, but put a 4 star down since one of the ties ended up being of poor quality.

I was looking for ties to buy for my husband, brothers, and dad for Christmas. My littlest brother (11) has always wanted a bow tie, but I could never find any anywhere. Ties.com has SO many bow ties to choose from. His face lit up so bright when I gave him his gift. He loves it. And of course the bigger guys all loved their straight ties as well. So many colors, patterns, and fabrics to choose from. :)
Plus, everything arrived faster than I expected. Everything came in plenty of time for the holidays. :)
