Ordering and delivery were good however…
Ordering and delivery were good however when putting bed together I got half way through and realised I had not been supplied with all the screws/nuts so had to purchase from screwfix.
Also none of the items ( other than the screws/nuts) were labelled as therefore I had to work out what to use. When I got to the end I had to redo the ottoman part as it was around the wrong way. The instructions were not clear enough to show they had to go a particular way.

Good service all round, from purchase to delivery, kept well informed, easily able to change delivery date to suit myself, would recommend, only issue was instructions for build weren't the clearest or easiest to understand, thats not time for sleeps fault tbh

the instructions were awful
the instructions were awful.
the diagrams to follow which bolts and nuts to use were practically unusable, had all that other paper space to use.

Fabulous service from the in house sales team who were welcoming, knowledgable and friendly. Colour samples available to take home to help with matching decor.
Bed delivery communication was clear and bed delivered exactly as per booking. Easy to construct in a couple of hours.
A great quality bed, at a competitive price with fab service.

Delivery team were great,i noticed some of the pieces were damaged ( prior to packing it seems , but packed them anyway :/ ) but the cosmetics i can fix , the bed seems sturdy enough so far .looks like its mostly mdf with parts of it with a veneer . Some of the panels that go under the bed had been edgebanded but the glue hadnt held so its just loose tape but it wont be seen so i dont mind .
Id say overall the bed is good quality i just seem to have been unlucky
