Order placed and money taken 4th September. Advised that order will be processed in 1-2 days. By 13th September had heard nothing and received nothing and been refunded nothing. Complained by e-mail and no reply. Rang and left voicenmail. On 14th September received e-mail reporting goods "out of stock" and money refunded. Why was I not notified at time of order ? Its a straightforward standard item that I wanted. Will wait and check that refund arrives.
