Excellent, fast reliable...exceptional
Very good service from Toolstop but the courier service used does charge excessive customs duty for Thailand. It is not for this one occasion only. Friends and fellow workers all have similar experiences with this courier...sometimes the duty payable amounts to 3 times the cost of the goods bought. Perhaps other courier services might be available but it does financially spoil what is otherwise an outstandingly well organised and reliable service.

Lightning fast service. Delivered the Norbar 13268 Torque Wrench to Sydney Australia in 4 days!
I have ordered a Norbar 13268 Torque Wrench (quality UK built Torque Wrench) on www.toolstop.co.uk got a shock when it arrived on my doorstep 4 days later by DHL express. I live in Sydney Australia it would have cost me twise as much to buy it here and would have had to wait at leaset few weeks before I could get one here. Toolstop price for this product was the best I could find on the net and they pretty much charged me the cost of freight to deliver it -not inflated handling charges. This is my first purchase from them and I'm very impressed and good luck for them.

I purchased the Bosch GML 50 from Toolstop having trawled the internet for the cheapest price. I placed the order over the phone around 2pm and it arrived around 11pm the following morning. Delivery would have been free, and still Next Day, if I hadn't required delivery on a Saturday. I am a very happy customer, I will definitely shop with Toolstop again, and would recommend them to anyone. I purchase tools on a regular basis.

Fantastic service and excellent prices.
Ordering from Sweden for the first time and I am impressed by the prices compared to my local dealers, almost 40% cheaper.
Another thing that did impress me was the fact that they sent an adapter from UK to Euro power plug, I was counting on having to cut the cord and attaching a europlug myself.
The only downside I found was that the website could identify that I was shopping from Sweden, it gave me the prices in Swedish currency but knowing all this it still would present me with bundle offers and products not available to be shipped to Sweden.

Efficient service at a keen price
I looked at a Makita site radio in B&Q and was really tempted to buy one for £100.
Then I thought I'd look at prices on eBay.
Toolshop had the same radio for £77 including postage.
It arrived here less than 24 hours after I ordered it.

Cheapest drill and good service too.
Needing a replacement for my well worn Bosch sds drill I searched the net and found Toolstop to be the cheapest. Drill ordered on Sunday night and was delivered, well packaged, on Tuesday. Delivery guy kindly left it with a neighbour as I was at work. Good drill and good service.

Supeeeeerb. Great product, excellent back up service.
I recently purchased a Bosch GBH24 VRH Drill.
It was dispatched really fast, and arrived next day. After opening it, I found that one of the parts was missing (Bosch's error) - and called them.
Within a few minutes they had got in touch with Bosch, arranged for the part to be couriered to me the next day, and called me back to let me know what was going on.

Now, I am working full speed ahead - and will definitely come back for my future tool

Customer Service second to none!
Probably the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time!
I had an issue with being sent the incorrect item and Toolstop's customer service dealt with it brilliantly, collecting incorrect item and shipping the replacement all on the same day as I contact them to highlight the error. Not many companies will ever ship a replacement until they have received the incorrect one back into stock.
I felt a valued and trusted customer and will most definitely be ordering from them again for my future tool requirements.

Quick delivery, genuine stuff, after 2nd puchase even more happy.
I bought Bahco tool set which was the cheapest I could find online. Item aririved after 2 days. All brand new, sealed, working perfectly.
Then i bought a Bosch Wiha tool set which arrived very quick, it was properly packed and secure.
I got very bad experiance with online shopping but ToolStio is comapny you can definately trust. Hopefully it won't change.
