I ordered the 2 pack Ego 12amp hour battery pack.
The order says to expect delivery via FedEx 8/21.
8/21 comes and goes.
Needed these for a job so I email and ask to cancel.
Dawn from support says many contradictory statements.
First it's i will contact the shipping department and cancel for you because I choose the Affirm Loan deal .
Again no reply after several days.
Dawn then says to bad it's already shipped but no tracking update or proof that it left the facility or even that they had it in stock in the first place.
Now supposedly something happened with FedEx and I have to file claim with insurance. This is a 1400.00 situation.l with
Toolup.com.
Affirm has been given screenshots and a claim but I think I'm going to have to pay the first installment on something never shipped or received and Toolup.com
First don't order from this company as no communication on tracking all the information I have is because I've been persistent in communication not them.
Terrible customer service.
Almost seems like they are shady.
Read reviews before ordering especially if something is out of stock they may not inform you until you bother them.
To many other reputable places like Acme Tools or Ohio power tools or even old Home Depot.

The price was better than Amazon. Web site was easy to browse. The only complaint I have the package was never wrapped. Letting people know what was in the box as it sat on my door step.

I will buy from ToolUp again, please wrap or place in a plain box.

Ordered a tool with a 4 day lead time. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called an customer service was going to look into it and get back with me, no response. Waited another week, still nothing. Called customer service, they said the item was on backorder and they would reach out that day with a ship date, no follow up. After over a month since placing the original order, the item finally showed up.

Great sale price and bonus, easy check out process and fast deliver. 10/10 will order more.

Umm... can somebody plz explain what orifice these guys pulled their little red "$148.44 off" sales notice from? Their whole site was littered with this false advertising. Original price of 221.15 - 148.44 = 72.71
Not 189.56.
At checkout they have a struck out price of 552.80, which while over inflated, subtracting 148.44 from, still doesn't equal 189.56.
So, I know they think poorly of the average Americans intelligence however, we're not that dumb...

Says 148.44 off a milwaukee too and battery combo. Struck out price of 221.15 with see price in cart. Once in cart, the price is 189.56 with a struck out price of 552.80
