I love this website and the products and I have bought a present in Christmas and all was OK, but I wanted to buy another present and I can't...and I am from spain and I don't understand some things that I had to do to pay! I sent an e-mail and they treat to help me but there wasn't any result and I couldn't buy it...
I will try to do it, because I want it but I don't think if I will have any result.

Thanks for getting in touch, and many apologies about the issues you've been having. We've just launched our new website, we've updated the checkout process and we now also accept PayPal too. If you have an account with them this could alleviate the problems you might of been having?
