Tour America Reviews 

Overall my experience with Tour America was good. I have travelled with them in both 2025 & 2026.
It lot depends on the agent that you're dealing with, that contributes to the overall experience. In 2025 the agent was excellent with her vast knowledge of New Orleans cruise with Royal Caribbean. Overall an excellent holiday.
My second trip was a trip to Chicago, New York and a Bahama cruise with MSC. This second agent was not as helpful or diligent in the booking. This led to us having problems along the way.
We returned in February and stated our grievances. Our first was solved 5 months later and we are still awaiting an update on the second grievance. Some how I think that ship has sailed,pardon the pun!!
They'll promise you a resolution, that may or may not come. At this stage they're ignoring our emails & messages. Overall, not a great experience with customer service.
Buyer beware!

And we booked a trip to Miami and then a cruise with Brenda Clarke in Tour America. From start to finish Brenda organised everything for us. We had an amazing holiday and we did not have to worry about anything. Brenda was always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Tour America for any family holiday. 

I booked with tour America, I was dealing with Christine Richard and I have to say we had a fantastic experience, Christine was so helpful and we got everything we wanted and more . We had a brilliant holiday to Nashville and Memphis , everything that was organised for us was to the highest standards and was very good value for money . We had the most memorable holiday and I would definitely book with tour America again . Thank you again Christine for all your help and for making one of my dreams come through. You are excellent at what you do .

Hi Christine.
Well, we finally made it home. The heaviest snow storm to hit New York in recent years We really appreciate all your assistance while we were in New York. You went above and beyond. Contacted the hotel, emailed and when you couldn’t reached me you contacted me on your personal phone! The extra day worked out well and besides that long queue at TSA in JFK airport everything went smoothly on the way home. Delta Airlines was grand. The flight was a bit bumpy due to the weather in Dublin. Now back to normal again, many thanks for all your help in getting us home.

Just home from a fantastic trip, Yvonne was very helpful from start to finish, booked the trip 10months in advance and cannot fault any aspect of the booking process, correspondence, updates and assistance - will definitely recommend and use again.
