I ordered The Hateful Eight DVD from Tower and within a few days emailed saying that it was out of stock and that it would take a week to arrive. I was happy to do that and it arrived in the post on Friday only one day after shipping. I watched it on Saturday and it's very violent but worth seeing.

First Time Customer. I purchased 5 vinyl records and paid for priority shipping (2 Day). When my order was not received after a week of shipping, I reached out hoping that they could at least refund me shipping fees. Foolishly, it was not until this action that I began to realize their “Shipping Policy” page attempts to absolve them of any responsibility or liability for a purchase to not arrive on time. I find it very misleading and frustrating that they offer expedited shipping but cannot provide accurate service and not only that they will not give you money back. They wipe their hands clean and remind you that this is their policy. It has been over a week and I still have no idea where my order is and felt left out to dry by Tower Records. I will not be purchasing from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone.

As stated above, the estimated shipping times that are displayed at checkout are from the point of dispatch. They are not from point of order creation.

Please note, when delivery times are given, these are unguaranteed estimates. The vast majority of orders arrive within the given timeframe. For reasons out of our control, sometimes there may be shipping delays. We aim to dispatch orders as fast as we can. From this point, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

TDLR: DO NOT try to get any expedited shipping on any order from Tower Records. They can not guarantee you will get what you pay for when you want it.

I received a record that was bent in half. All they would do for me was off me 25% off. This was a birthday gift and we have been searching for this vinyl for three to four years. It's not going to be restocked. It was a birthday present and it was completely ruined and I have to give it to her bent in half now. Obviously she's going to be upset that it's damaged because she's been wanting this vinyl for years and for it to finally get here in this kind of condition is just heartbreaking. All they did was offer me 25% off which only ended up being $4 off in my opinion this was not enough to compensate for the damage and the heartbreak that she's going to endure when receiving her vinyl that she's been looking for for years bent in half.

Have done two orders so far since the reboot in November and I am very pleased. Great deals, good selection, reasonable shipping, and all items Ive received have arrived in perfect condition. My new first stop for vinyl.
