Sucks
Paid$10 for 3-5 day shipping took over a week to get. Had to confirm mailing address due to an error. Had to call and email repeatedly (on the same and following day I placed the order) to get a response from customer service. Called a week after the order was placed and the guy who answered told me that my order had been delayed because of the previous call I made a week earlier. BS. I would not do business with them again.

Charges account, after being told they can't process checks, told to cancel Order...been a month, no refund!!
I've been fighting with these assholes for a month now. I ordered from them for a bachelorette party, paid for expedited shipping, did not have my card on me, so opted to pay by check and entered in my routing number and account number. After a couple days, I sent an email inquiring about my item. I was told that they were unable to process checks electronically, and that I would have to mail in a check. So since I needed the item for that friday, I told them to cancel my order.
After a couple days, I GOT CHARGED FOR THE ITEM!!!!!!!! I emailed, and after 2 email attempts, I finally got a response from a VERY RUDE person. They informed me that my refund would be submitted to their refund department for processing. This was on March 11th. Today is April 8th! NO REFUND YET! After several email attepmts, I kept being told, be patient, these things take time...
WHATEVER, I've NEVER had a refund take a week to be deposited electronically into my account!
So, I was patient for a little while longer...not much...and emailed again, and was finally told on March 30th, that the refund department couldn't process the refund, and was going to have to mail a check, and it would mail on the 31st. Ok, they are in Ohio, I am in MN, it does not take 8 days for a "letter" to get from ohio to MN.
I"M Irrate, and will be posting this review EVERYWHERE i possibly can.
DO NOT ORDER from this company, they surely will fuck you.
