After 109 of placing my order through TOYGLOBE.COM webpage, they gave me my money back. It was a hard work to get the refund. Each e-mail they sent me was an answer to one of my e-mails. From the first e-mail where I asked for the order situation and they answered that they had a problem with the shipping address until the last mail, all of them were answers to my e-mails. They have never sent me any spontaneous e-mail. I think I was cheated. A fake customs number was given to me after waiting for my package to be sent during 21 working days. The package has never arrived.
Please, do not buy from this company TOYGLOBE
Like many of the reviewers here, I have also had a negative experience with Toyglobe.com. This was a half a year ago already, but it still irks me to think about it.
I had ordered several Lord of the Rings action figures from the site; they were kind of expensive, but they were also hard to find. They had the ones I was looking for in stock... so I bought them. I was charged immediately. Then nothing. No order confirmation. No promised tracking number.
I tried to email them and call them.. but never got any responses -- and their "answering machine" sounds pretty bogus to me. I finally called my bank and told them that I believed Toyglobe was a fraudulent company and that I wanted to open a dispute. A few weeks later, I received 5 out of the 6 characters that I had ordered. One of the action figures had been opened and the box was definitely worse for the wear!
I never received the missing item. I emailed them about it and never heard anything back. I got a partial refund from the bank for the character that I wasn't shipped.
I will never buy from this company again. And just a piece of advice... if you look at the website for Toyglobe.com and Toydorks.com, you will notice the sites look eerily similar! I can't help but wonder if they use the same online shopping user interface to create different sites meant to rip people off! Who knows...

I GUESS IT'S TRUE WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING,SURE DOSE LOOK LIKE THEY GET THE PRODUCTS FROM EBAY,VERY ABUSED CAN'T BLAME SHELF WARE OR AGE,THERE IS NO WAY.AND A WORD TO THE WISE TOY DORKS IS JUST AS BAD,
IT'S TRUELY A SHAME WHEN A COMPANY COULD NOT GIVE A RATS A$% CARE IN THE WORLD ABOUT THERE REPUTATION

I can say now Toyglobe is the reason I check reviews on online stores now, and If I had of found this site earlier I wouldn't have shopped there. I purchased some toys there because they had a rarer one I was after, and it gave me the oppurtunity to get more items. I paid for my order through paypal, and got an order email. I thought this was all good, but I never got a tracking number. I phoned them something like 20 times and sent many emails, asking for a damn number, It got to the point I filed a dispute with paypal... and behold! finally got a response!
They basically stated that because I ordered some rarer objects, they needed to ship them in from other warehouses, then as some time went by, i got my tracking number, great huh?!
Well it arrived today finally, I open the box, and the one item that made me shop there in the first place isn't in the box. Yeah, I'm rather cheesed, and that dispute will be reopened if I dont get a response again. Don't shop here, it's headache, stress and disappointment rolled up into one store.

I would rate 0 if I could. We ordered two items totalling $200 and the company never sent the item. When we contacted the company they insisted it was on back order. We waited a few more weeks and they told us the items were still on back order. At that point we asked for a refund. We never saw it. We've emailed, called, and wrote and have yet to see our refund. Also, when we called we later found out, via our cell phone bill, that we were calling Canada...which cost us more money for international calling. So yah, screwed twice by Toy Globe.
I came across this website when I ran out of options when I couldn't find the action figure I wanted at Toys 'R' Us and I was amazed at the amount of toys they sold. It was one of the few places that actually had the action figure in stock so I bought it and waited for it to arrive. This is where it got kind of ugly. I waited and waited but it didn't arrive going into two weeks. I wouldn't say it never came, but it was definitely late. If you're looking to buy toys online, toydorks is my recommendation.

This site has tons of toys. It is impossible not to find anything that you need here. I found what I want and ordered from them. I received the toys within the promised time frame. Shipping cost was reasonable. I have no complaints, and will order from them again.
Investment are like this: you buy into it and then forget about it till you want to see your portfolio.
If you need it ASAP, TOMORROW, END OF THE WEEK. You might be out of luck....i got my product 2-3 weeks later from the order date. I got my product at least and its off the market stuff (2003-2004). Look for under 10$ items to be instock and it ships. Look for 50+$ items and just place the other and wait for it...havent had a problem yet.
End of 2009 I`ve set an order- after 8 weeks ( international shipping to europe ) I`ve got my items. So I ordered a second time 4 rare as in stock marked items that I never received. For two times after Toyglobe had charged my visa, somebody tried to abuse my credit card- so beware- TOYGLOBE is an criminal organisation!!
Me and a colleague ordered some action figures from these guys and we're kicking ourselves now.
We purchased a wave of DC Universe Classics (Superman/Batman wave), a G.I. Joe and a Marvel Universe figure. The Purchase was made at the end of August. It is now November 1st.
We got 5 out of the 6 DC Universe Classics in a timely manner... and that's it! We waited patiently, emailed politely and waited some more. After several emails "John" responded and said that the rest of our order was on the way and that he would send a tracking number. That was the last we heard from them.
Since then, I have emailed them and informed them that since we work at a radio station and also know MANY radio personalities across the country, we would use this as a means to get the word out. We also had time at the recent comic-con to share our story with others and are in the process of sending our story to Toyfare magazine.
I urge all of you to do the same! Facebook, Twitter, etc. Use whatever means necessary to get the word out. Trust me, our voices will be heard.
Same story. I ordered 4 stargate action figures and my credit card was charged immediately. 3 months later I have received 2 of the cheapest items and have had no response to the many emails I have sent asking for an update on the outstanding items or a refund.
They also do not give an order total cost with shipping when you place the order. And they stall customers with rubbish that an item is on backorder and will be sent in the next 2 weeks. All lies.
I am reporting them to every internet fraud organisation i can find, eg. IC3, FBI, police and many more as well as informing every customer review and action figure collectors site to stay away from Toyglobe.
And make sure if they've ripped you off - get your bank to reverse the charge on your credit card. I have.
i wouldnt buy from this company if you have sence,its a load of rubbish,please dont waste your money,they blag you then feed you a load of s%it,and then you have to go throw the hassle of trying to get you money back off them.these people ore very ludcky i live in england.please please do not deal with these people and one star is way to much
I can confirm that Toy Globe -despite a fascinating website- is not a reliable place to shop.
I had to write countless emails just to get feedback and was repeatedly promised that the goods were bounded.
5 months after my order I finaly received my products.

I have always been careful with internet transactions. The one time I left my guard down, I found this so called online store. They had some rare items in stock and it clouded my judgement. The fact you do not need to make an account to place an order and shipping costs are not calculated before confirmation of the order should have been enough warning. I was charged a hefty sum and they did not bother to reply when I attempted to contact them. I am a lawyer, so I am well aware that all these complaints from so many people make it clear this is not a store, but a gang or even a criminal organization. I feel bad for all the honest customers harmed in this scheme, hopefully these reviews will spare a few the pains.
I share the same story with the other reviewers...I ordered a product, was charged (a higher amount than what was published), it's been over a month and I have yet to receive the product or even a tracking number. I emailed them and they said they "screwed up my order and thet the item was now out of stock", however, I have yet to get a refund. In addition, my bank account started showing all of these purchases that were not by me. I believe it is this company that is illegally using my card number to make fraudulent purchases. I have canceled my card and have disputed the charges but it is an absolute shame that this company has not yet been held reliable for all of the fraud they have caused innocent consumers!!

I was a victim of fraud in many ways, they never shipped all of the items I ordered they have never replied to ANY of my many emails to them regarding the missing items, they have yet to refund any of the money that was charged to my credit card. I have also become a victim of identity theft and an RCMP investigation into the transaction with Toyglobe is under investigation by their fraud dept because shortly after making my online purchase ALL of my personal information was used to make a number of fraudulent transactions resulting in over $2000 of charges to my card!!! As a result my card is now cancelled. Do not deal with this retailer.
This company is a scam...you cannot reach them by phone and they do not answer emails. Do not know whats going on but I am disputing the charge with my bank because there is no contact with them....this website needs to be shut down to never open again.
I have experienced the exact same issue as everyone else. I purchased a few items 6 weeks ago and have never recieved them. I never recieved a confirmation email, tracking number..nothing. I tried to contact them several times and heard nothing other than "I'll get back to you", but no one ever did. I have since contacted my credit card company and they have filed a legal dispute on my behalf. My credit card company has refunded back my money and am looking forward to the day when this company is run out of business!
Worst place I have ever bought from on-line.
Purchased several items over a month and half ago. After the transactions were complete, I never received any tracking number as stated in their instructions. I did receive an order # and they indeed withdrew money from me. I even added their email address to my safe list to make I get their emails (before ordering).
a few days passed and I sent an e-mail asking if they could re-send the tracking number.....I didn't get any reply.
Another week later I sent another email asking about it again and also inquiring about if any of the items were causing an issue.....I didn't get any reply.
Since then I've sent an E-mail every week asking the same thing and I have not received ANY response. Their on-line support is more then slow, it's broken.
Will NEVER order from this place again!
Edit : After 3 months, Toyglobe finally sent me HALF the items (all the cheap stuff) . the rest were out of stock, so they included a letter saying I would be refunded for the remaining items. I doubt I'll ever see that refund, though I don't care anyways, I'm done with these guys.

A Scammer warning to all: Do not buy ANYTHING at this site, especially if you are from Europe: They take your money but do NOT deliver. I bought an action doll for a girlfriend of mine but after a month of mailing the package did not arrive.
I mailed them and recieved no reply. now it is serveral months later and I do not have the package nor my money (this was paid via credit card) and Toyglobe keeps silent after serveral polite cancellation and refund mails from me to them.
I searched the web and apparently they do this trick a lot. I have no idea why these guys have not been sued yet as this is FRAUD.
On Dec. 6, 2009, I ordered 3 action figures from Toyglobe. On Dec. 10, my credit card was charged $95.66. A few days before Christmas, I received one of the 3 action figures with an invoice saying that the other 2 were on backorder and would be shipped with in 2-3 weeks. I checked their website and the items were "available". I waited, but never received them. I have called and e-mailed them repeatedly, but have received only one reply and that was an email a week ago saying they would refund my credit card. Well, a week later, and they have not refunded my credit card and will not reply to my calls and emails. I am going to continue to attempt contacting them and will NEVER order from Toyglobe again.
