Horrible company
Their return policy is horrible. I sent back an item to which they told me to send back for a refund. They never said a time limit in the email. I was told it was too late to send it back and that I would not get a refund. I could only have the item shipped back to me for a cost of $5.99. Their customer service is horrible as well. Do not buy from this company!!!

Good website to buy toys from.
Customer service is a little slow. at least as far as email service. I received all items except for one and emailed them about it since they didn't leave any info regarding it. I was reimbursed for the item later, so it ended well.
transactions were smooth and effortless, items were shipped quick and well packaged.
