I've read so many awful
I've read so many awful, terrible reviews I thought I would share my experience which was great.
I recently tried to access a long forgotten account that hadn't been touched more than 15 years. all of the information I used to open the account was no longer correct. I didn't even remember ever having the email address that they kept sending confirmation codes to.
Customer service held my hand and walked me through everything needed. this was a time consuming process. I wish I could remember the customer service rep's name. he was great. It wasn't just adequate, helpful service. It was the single best customer service i have ever experienced. I started the day with a plan to move my accounts to Schwab but that young men changed my mind.
Let down by the website
Let down by the website. Tools just don't work, regular unexplained errors. Tried 8 different ways to make things work with no success over multiple weeks. Contacted customer support and they were completely unhelpful. What's the point of having a website if you can't use it and they just want to direct you to call support?
Incompetence
My company works with them for retirement support. Since I have retired their support has been very poor. I would call and get different answers for the same question. I finally decided to transfer all my funds out since I had lost total confidence in them. I finally thought I was done with them only to find out they did not transfer all my funds. I asked them to do whatever they needed so it would move all the funds. There is still $12.59 left. I called them again to send it to me and was told there would be a $25 fee. I told them never mind. Do not trust them!!!

The huge gaps between buy and sell prices, fake trading. Coins that aren’t traded anywhere else. Very low volume. Being forced to use ridiculously small amounts of money sent as gifts at the market price. Why can’t I enter the price I want? Especially when there’s already such a huge gap.. not recommenred at all#SUCCESSFUL HABIT,LLC - Recommended - #

I tried to resolve the issue through support and waited for a response, but I did not receive a satisfactory resolution before my account was removed. From my perspective, there were unresolved questions about my account review, and I was disappointed that the issue was not properly addressed. The overall experience has been frustrating. I hope the company improves its transparency, communication. I would suggest you runwhile you can, am now part of the winning team at # Success.ful, Habit

STAY AWAY.DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I SPENT WEEKS REGRETTING MY DECISION AND THINKING WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE SOUNDED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY UNTIL IT CAME TIME TO DISCUSS PAYOUTS. SUDDENLY, EVERYTHING WAS BLAMED ON MARKET VOLATILITY, WHILE MY INVESTMENT DISAPPEARED WITHOUT SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION. I HAD ALMOST ACCEPTED MY MONEY WAS GONE FOR GOOD , ESPECIALLY AFTER REALIZING, THIS COMPANY WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS.I CAME ACROSS . S AV CAPITAL IM LIMITED, TO MY SURPRISE , THEY WORKED IN MY FAVOR AND ALL STOLEN FUNDS WERE RE-TURNED BACK. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY , NOTHING WORKS HERE.
I normally never post reviews online
I normally never post reviews online, but I felt I should share my experience in case it helps someone avoid the same situation. My experience with this platform was extremely frustrating because every time I tried to withdraw my money, a new condition or verification requirement appeared. After completing one request, another would be added, making it feel like I was never getting any closer to accessing my funds. I was also told that my withdrawal could not be processed unless I paid additional fees. Even after making those payments, there was still no clear explanation, no confirmed timeline, and no real solution. Communication became repetitive, and I kept receiving different reasons for why my withdrawal was delayed. It was a stressful experience that left me feeling uncertain about whether I would ever get my money back. Thankfully, I later found fixthewrong, and they helped me recover my funds successfully. Thanks to their assistance, I finally regained access to all of my money, which was a huge relief after everything I had been through. I am not someone who is used to writing reviews or saying things online, but I genuinely felt I had to share my experience because if it helps even one person avoid going through what I did, then it is worth it. Everyone should always do thorough research before sending money to any platform, no matter how convincing it seems. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage people to be very careful when dealing with this company and to pay close attention to any platform that keeps introducing new withdrawal conditions, verification complications, or unexpected fees before releasing your funds. Please be careful and stay safe.
At first
At first, my experience with this platform seemed very positive. The registration process was simple, the interface was easy to navigate, and within a short time I started seeing what appeared to be consistent profits. Watching my account balance grow gave me confidence that I had made the right decision, and everything looked professional and trustworthy. However, things changed the moment I decided to withdraw my funds. Instead of processing my request, the platform began demanding unexpected fees, claiming they were required for taxes, account verification, and various processing charges. Each payment was followed by another excuse for why additional money was needed before my withdrawal could be released. It quickly became clear that I was being led in circles with no intention of receiving my funds. When I contacted customer support, the responses were slow, vague, and completely unhelpful. They repeated the same explanations without providing any real solution or timeline, making the situation even more frustrating. After feeling stuck and losing hope, I eventually found fixthewrong, whose assistance helped me recover my money after guiding me through the necessary steps. Their support made a significant difference when the platform itself refused to resolve the issue. Looking back, the initial profits now seem like a tactic to encourage larger deposits before creating obstacles to withdrawals. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this platform exercise extreme caution, carefully research any investment opportunity beforehand, and be very skeptical if unexpected fees suddenly appear when trying to withdraw funds, regardless of the explanations provided.
Stay away from these private information sharing thieves
If you want your information to stay private bypass these people!!
I moved into an apartment 5 years ago and keep getting mail for the previous person who lived who has now passed on quite some time ago.
I call today and ask them to stop sending it dude is dead.
The moron I talked to there's nothing we can do just send it back saying they've passed away. I told the guy I have numerous times and they still keep coming.
So, I asked captain of the moron patrol is this normal for your company to send out information like that people's sensitive information. No concern for it whatsoever!!! Avoid these people at all costs!!! Or it may end up costing you in the long run!!

T.ROWE PRICE really adds up to all of the bad experiences
This place literally adds up to the bad reviews. From the website to customer service, nobody knows anything and i can't ever log onto the website. Every time I call to ask about what is going on with my hardship withdraw I'm always told something different. At this point they seem like a scam. They want ALL of your information: address, phone number, DOB, bank account information etc...meanwhile can never tell you anything, always an excuse. I've been at this for almost two months. This company is so unprofessional and horrible that I probably won't ever contribute to another company for investing or 401k. After weeks of trying to figure out what is going on now it's my fault for being frustrated because T. ROWE PRICE can't get it together.
T Rowe Price website a nightmare now
I have been a T Rowe Price client for many years. I have the vast majority of my investments with them. Recently they updated their website and it is absolutely horrible. It's difficult to navigate; it's not user friendly; it's tough to find what you're looking for, etc. It's a disaster compared to the previous site. Overall, a bad move.
Concerning system issues
I have been trying to execute a simple online transaction all week and have been unsuccessful, first the website was completely down, I could not access account via phone either, and once back up I continue to receive an error code that no one is able to identify. I have even offered suggestions based on my own knowledge of systems. Zero customer service.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY
I’m just gonna copy and paste the letter that I sent them which explains everything and not to mention this has been ongoing for a year now. Worst customer service, no follow-through or communication.
“ I wanted to resolve an issue than has been very frustrating and gone on too long. I had an account through Pony Studios and I was told that the plan had stopped. I had my financial advisor reach out and get a check of the funds to roll over into another account. We got a check for $7,376.93.
Months later I get a statement saying that I have a balance of $2,055.22. After I logging on and seeing this, I get an email a few days later with a document stating a bunch of fees and Termination of Employment that basically takes the fund to $0. I called TRowe only to be talked to rudely and basically yelled at and told that any accounts that were under $2,000 TRowe doesn’t deal with, and they were transferred to some other bank (without me being notified or provided any account number)
I was given a phone number to call someone in Utah about it?? This number has no answering message or info and just beeps. I have left a few voicemails. (If this number is even real)
Now I have received a 1099R statement showing a rollover of 9,307. I never received that additional $1930.71
I have attached the screenshots of the info I am referencing. I don’t even understand how any of this can be legal and I need this resolved ASAP. I want the $1930.71 to be returned to me I am beyond furious.”
After a 30-year relationship with T
After a 30-year relationship with T. Rowe Price, I am in the process of transferring accounts in excess of $500,000 away from the firm, and the experience has been nothing short of a complete disgrace.
What should have been a simple, routine account transfer has turned into over three hours of wasted time dealing with a Customer Service department that appears to be disorganized, poorly trained, and incapable of providing accurate information. Every single call has produced a new problem, a new requirement, or a new excuse — all of which should have been identified and disclosed during the very first conversation.
The level of incompetence has been staggering. The lack of professionalism, communication, follow-through, and basic product knowledge is far below what anyone should tolerate from a major financial institution. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a firm handling substantial client assets with an alarming level of inefficiency and apparent indifference.
What is most shocking is that this comes after 30 years as a loyal client. Instead of rewarding long-term relationships with competent service, T. Rowe Price has demonstrated exactly the opposite: poor execution, no accountability, and a complete disregard for the client’s time.
This experience has permanently destroyed my confidence in T. Rowe Price. I will never again invest in any product associated with this company, and I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. If this is how they handle a straightforward transfer for a long-term client with over $500,000 in assets, I can only imagine how poorly they treat everyone else.
Extremely disappointing. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend T. Rowe Price to anyone.
Alseep at the Wheel at T Rowe Price - terrible experience
I've been a T Rowe Price customer for 50 years and am considering switching to Vanguard or Fidelity.
I don't even know where to start but they duplicated a mutual fund purchase causing an overdraw of my savings account. I reversed the transaction and called them to sort it out. They said they would correct it the next day and a week later nothing. I should have ignored it because the market sold off 8%, but called them up to complain and remind them they were supposed to fix it. They fixed it alright, but retroactively so I immediately lost 10% on the trades.
Furthermore, there were 10 trades and the first one was drawn out of my savings account as requested, but the other 9 were drawn out of my checking account. Luckily I had sufficient balances so not to be overdrawn and was able to transfer my funds the next day to bring checking account balances back up again. They've gone downhil terribly
