Many sites appear to have inflated ratings which makes any comparisons meaningless. Probably some selective editing, but I assume most companies simply ask only those that will give good reviews (e.g. FB followers and friends). I wish Yelp would venture more into online site reviews to avoid the conflict of interest that paid review sites pose.
